I had scheduled a 9:00 am appointment to get my lashes done. I received confirmation. I arrived to location no one was in front I had to yell out hello a voice from the back ask me if they can help me I said I had an appointment with Beatriz for lashes the voice informed no one had arrived yet. If I liked to wait. I sat there for 45 mins and never saw anyone. I finally decided to leave of course without receiving my service. Never again

Super rude ! I called to ask about scheduling an appointment and the lady who answered me just hung up on me ! At first I thought maybe we lost connection but when they answered again the lady who answered told me to go do my research and just hung up on me ! Super rude
