Positive aspects of this daycare are great teachers, great vibe when you enter the daycare My child was always welcomed with a smile from her teachers Ms. Arecelly & Ms. Jackie . Teachers are always very nice, and respectful. My child loved her teachers, and looked forward to seeing her friends everyday. Flor was an amazing director who always was willing to help. Seasons changed and she was no longer with the daycare. This is where the change happened for this business. I am very disappointed with financial part of the program. Bookkeeping is a mess ! No communication whatsoever. When I tried to contact the director of the center I was never called back. I had to stop payments to get an answer from a person. I am on the state program for low income families and felt like because I was on this program I was treated differently. They were withdrawing payments from my bank account for over the amount that was supposed to be taken out without notice of any increase in payments. When my co-payment from the state decreased (meaning the state was paying the center more I should have paid less) I was still being charged the same amount for 6 months. When I finally got in contact with the director. I was told " I OWED " 8 weeks of unpaid tuition from Feb 2023 - Mar 2023. That is why my payments were increasing little by little and my co-payment was not adjusted. I was struggling to take care of my bills, and my family, and being over charged for my childcare. I am a single mother supporting my children alone, and trusting them with my child while working to make ends meet This was the most inconsiderate thing ever. When you work hard and trust a daycare to provide childcare without worrying about making ends meet you have hope that life will get easier being a single parent. This daycare you cannot trust !

It’s really hard to find good teachers for centers now in days , personally to
Me Ms.Luisa Stands out to me the most , anytime she opens the door the kids always want to leave with her which lets me know she is their safe place for the children . I’ve constantly heard many of the kids there tell her “I love you”. Which is so beautiful. She seems to always have good ideas on her newsletter . Each month hers seems to always be the best. She seems like she goes above and beyond for the kids .

They do a great job! My oldest stayed from 6 months all the way to kindergarten, and she was very prepared for school. My younger child is going there also. Both of them potty trained through school at 2 years old! Learned so much more, too. They have educational field trips and guest visitors (singing Santa is the favorite!) all the time. And when my daughter was getting bitten by another child, they took steps to correct it... several warnings before the child was dismissed. I appreciate that they cared more about my child's safety than taking money from another parent! And yes, they gave the other family a fair chance. If we had a 3rd child, we would bring them here too, no question!

If I can rate this school 0 stars I would. It’s now called WunderKind The owner now is ridiculous they put a child on timeout when they aren’t supposed to put kids in timeout. She sat a child in front of the class and yelled at her, yells at the kids for the dumbest reasons, she kicked out two little kids, she taking out money out the teachers checks without them knowing. This is terrible. If you are reading this do NOT send your kids to this day care they will not care for your kids. Worst daycare out there.

Great owner, director, and teachers! Our son loves to go to school, learn, and play with his friends. Nice playground at facility, fun field trips, holiday parties, and entertainment. They also do a great job recognizing birthdays! It's tough to leave your child in others care, so thank you for the great care he receives.

Teachers don’t care director owner has no clue about anything anytime we had questions. Video evidence was deleted after a supposed incident. Owner didn’t even know the password for the computer system. The place is in disarray starting with the owner and on down through the management and teachers! I pulled my child after three months and put him in the other daycare on Pershing in Stickney and he is doing light years better!! The owner is there often and very engaged the teachers are great! If you want the best for your kids don’t enroll them in sunny days find a different daycare!

I have been so happy with the changes made here under the new ownership. Flor and her staff are always friendly and excited to see the kids. My son has loved going here and will miss it so much now now that he has moved onto school

My 2 sons went there since 2 months old until they went to Kindergarten.
They wouldn’t want to leave and they tell me good memories from there!
They potty trained them and they learned letters and numbers before they started kindergarten.
