Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered 2 burgers and honey pepper chicken with four cheese Mac via curbside. Waited nearly an hour after told our food was ready through the website and received it cold. One of the burgers came with 5 fries and a cold chicken sandwich. My chicken was barely tossed in sauce. Noodles cold and dry. Pathetic! Extremely disappointed. There is a reason we haven’t been back in years. Thought maybe things changed but nope. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with the experience of ordering food from this establishment, particularly given the premium prices. As a travel nurse, I frequently order from Applebee's due to its proximity to my hotel, but the food quality has been consistently subpar. On my most recent visit, I received an undercooked hamburger and cold fries, which was a repeat of the previous day's experience. While I do not typically complain, I find this level of service to be unacceptable. Furthermore, a previous experience with their ribs was also disappointing, as they were tough and overcooked. I have decided that this will be my last visit to this establishment, and I will explore alternative dining options or prepare my own meals instead.my terrible experience.

Service is great, food was fast. Appetizers were ok. The sauce on the entree was watery and flavorless, the chicken was over seasoned on part of it, bland on most of it, and the char was overwhelmingly bitter. 3 apps and one entree, no alcohol, cost $75 before tip. Over priced for mediocre at best food. Great service, though.

My husband loves the Mushroom Swiss Burger from Applebee's, and this Applebee's location did a great job on the burger. It was easy to place the order online, park in the pickup spots on the side of the building, and have my meal brought to my car. Someone came out to my car to see if they could help me before I could even let them know I had arrived. Service was quick, and friendly. Everything was prepared perfectly as I ordered online. There is a nice patio location at this Applebee's for outdoor dining.

The establishment itself seemed decent enough. However, the hostess seemed confused when we asked for a booth seat. There wasn't many people seated and there were plenty of tables available.. Even when considering social distancing with seating every other table is in play there were numerous booths available. She eventually was going to seat us at the booth closest to the door but when doing so our future server walked past and said something about sitting there that was both rude and uncalled for. I asked the hostess if she really said what I thought I heard... and after asking 3 times, I was eventually told yes. Not wanting to sit and eat at an establishment that clearly didn't want our service, we left. Too many other places in Freeport to eat to have to deal with that. Returned on Mother's day with my wife and sons and had a similarly bad experience.

Update... we decided to give them another try considering a considerable amount of time had past. I can say we had a much better experience. Even though the service was slow and it took almost an hour to get our dinners on a day it wasn't even busy... the food was good and the drinks were tasty. Unfortunately the decent priced $5.99 drinks were yummy but lacking of much alcohol. We could of each had a dozen and left without being affected.

Literally the best Applebee's we have ever been to. We have never had bad service here and this is our 3rd time having Emma as our server. She is sooooo good at her job.

Monday nights is half price hamburgers. What a great deal. Service is always excellent! Margaritas best in town!!!

Good food, some good employees!
This restaurant use to be the go to spot in town...until alot of the good workers were chased out by a horrible manager!(JOSH) Same Josh trying to run for the Mayor of Freeport!

Still worth stopping for a decent meal though! They still have a good staff and good food...just not as long of a wait!
