Josh was awesome ! I Did a cpu swap on my pc . Ran into some power cycle issues could not figure it out . Not only did Josh fix it he did it in a day . And to boot also did a few courtesy things for my pc on the side . All for an affordable price in a very timely manor . I highly recommend 5 stars ! I rarely take it upon myself to write reviews, recommendations, or referrals unless a truly outstanding act, situation, person, or business warrants such distinct attention and praise. In this circumstance, I certainly cannot say enough good things about Reed PC Services and the owner, Josh. I called Josh regarding my older Toshiba laptop that was running slow, had internet connectivity issues, and was suffering from a lack of maintenance and neglected software and hardware updates.

Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous right from the beginning of our conversation. I told Josh about the issues my computer was experiencing and he was able diagnose the issues, offer multiple solutions, and give me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to repair and upgrade the components over the phone. We arranged an appointment for me to drop off my PC in the evening on the same day. The very next morning he contacted me with the news that all the service work was done, the computer was running great, and it was ready for pick-up.

I've used Best Buy, Staples, and several other large and small computer repair businesses in the past and none of them have been as expedient, honest, or as easy to work with as Reed PC. The price for the repairs was very reasonable and I saved several hundred dollars with upgrading rather than opting for a whole new laptop of the same caliber. My laptop is running flawlessly and fast once again. Upon pick-up, Josh even recommended some updates I could make to the PC on my own if I fell behind again on maintenance in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience. I'm a very satisfied customer and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Reed PC Services again. 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!

I was looking locally for a cmos battery for my laptop because earliest I could get one online was over a week out. Joshua gave me very clear and simple instructions on how to reuse the connector and wires from the old battery and replace the CR2032 battery using stuff I have on hand. Friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He'll be my first stop if I ever have a repair I can't handle.

I almost never write a review. Josh absolutely deserves 5 stars! Josh is extremely knowledgeable and a friendly. He went above and beyond with assisting me. He answered all of my questions and offered additional advice on tech questions not related to my visit. I had a 20+ year old PC that had all of my buisness documents and programs. He was able to go in and recover everything that I needed and set it up on a new laptop. He was able to recover and import my quickbooks. All of my contacts, previous invoices, and service/product codes were there and ready to use. He saved me a lot of time, frustration and effort. He was extremely responsible on pricing. I would recommend him to friends, family, and buisness associates. Josh is a great guy!
