Always having fires causing sterling and rockfalls taxes to go up. They use 2 million gallons of water each time they have a fire.

There main website from Google said closes at 4 the website closes at 3 I got there 3 mins after 3 and the lady's turned us away with nasty smiles and dirty attitudes. Ottawa was a great cimco this place is garbage. When I do return I'm taking a 20 lb weight and a 30 lb weight to make sure scale is accurate as well

I called ahead to get the current price for aluminum cans. I was told 50cents per pound. I headed right over and was given 31 cents per pound. When I told them that I just called and given a price of 50 cents they were rude and said 31 is the price too bad. I shared a few of my favorite swear words with the liars.

If there was a way to give zero stars i would. DO NOT GO THERE. Ridiculous amount of hassle.. vague instructions of where to go, metal garbage everywhere you are supposed to drive on, sloppy muddy place...

Used to be alright. The rude service recived today and worrhless hours of operation for people who have a job. I just want rid of an old water heater...they take them but only during the hours I work. The attitude of the two clowns behind the desk was most disagreeable looking for anywhere else to do business. Went there for years. NEVER AGAIN....

My first time at Cimco. The ladies in the office were very helpful. They told me where to take my aluminum cans and scrap metal. Now that I know what I'm doing, it will be easy in and out.

Easy to maneuver the yard is very organized...Well run operation....Best to call for directions...Your GPS will send you past where you actually should turn into their drive.

No real experience in the yard as every time I go the place is closed. Last time I went on a Saturday I pulled on the scale at 12:00 exactly and they waited 3 min to tell me the scale was closed and now I drive up again at 11:00 and they place is closed all together.
