I have worked for Castor for 2 years and I have truly appreciated their employee and client centered care. Castor and their staff truly care about the community and how they can better the lives of those struggling with chronic and acute medical issues. I mainly worked for the pediatric home nursing department, and I was constantly amazed by the care given to those patients, and the efforts Castor always put forth to provide staff for these sweet children and their parents. Scheduler, Nancy, works hard to make sure I have employees to help me. Although I have only had my nurse for a short time, so far she is doing good. I liked Inger and I wish her well in her new job. She was a good employee. I want to thank you for getting Michelle back to me. Now I have Jenna and I believe I will be happy with her. I think Castor is going to be a good company to take care of me compared to my previous one.

Our current Nurse AC is fantastic. Very punctual. She hasn't canceled or switched days and hours on us but once or twice. She was very accommodating when my daughter got sick this week and we had to still fit her in to get her shot this week. We've had many nurses from many different agencies in the 5 and a half years we've had to have nursing staff.

Mellisa came out to the house for the initial interview of my dad and couldn’t have make him or me more comfortable. He was nervous about caregivers coming into his home and she completely eased his fears and made the whole experience much easier for him. His care provider Becca was wonderful as well. Because of things beyond anyones control, it was a short experience but it was an extremely positive one. Thanks for everything that you did for all of us.
