I decided that I wanted a better career in my mid 20's. so I enrolled in Highland Community College. I got my degree in 2nshort years, and then the market died for my field of choice. I still enjoyed my time at HCC and would love to go back and get a degree in a more stable field.

Nice large campus. I was there for a day to teach an adult continuing education class for a professional society. The campus layout was a bit confusing though. It would have been nice to have larger building identifiers and better signage on the entry roads and parking lots. I cannot comment on other classes and teachers though so my rating is just for the campus itself.

The entire staff at Highland is great. Especially the financial aid office! Super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you understand the process! My daughter attends a large university.... I did not have the same experience there.

I understand that you have to pay for your spot for school. When it's in the first 2 weeks of class and uncertainstance Rises. So now you have to pay for the full class that you can't attend wanting to go back in the spring but can't because you now have to pay for the fall class that you attended for two weeks can't afford it

Knowlegable staff has answers to questions otherwise they can find the answers in a timely fashion. The school is clean and set up well.
