Everything you ask this doctor he say it’s normal, sometimes w/o checking, even the cost is covered by insurance but after talking to my friends, Dr Tu obviously charges way higher than other pediatricians, not to mention his rudest possible front desk, I don’t recommend his office at all.

Dr. Tu is an amazing physician. He is kind and thorough. I have been so pleased with out visits with him. As a nurse, I can be picky when it comes to physicians caring for my children. His knowledge and care are top notch!

We love Dr. Tu! He is so friendly and gentle with our little ones. We have a 2 year old that has been seeing Dr. Tu since he was born and our 5 month old has been as well. He always makes the time to answer questions in the office and anytime we have concerns outside of our appointment times, and very quickly.

We have 2 staff favorites and are so happy with the care and friendliness they provide! The first is Jasmine, she is so professional, gentle with our little ones, extremely kind, friendly, and super helpful. She has given my little one vaccines without him crying! Haha. She's always there to answer questions we have any time of day. Shelby is wonderful too! She’s also very professional, friendly, and gentle with our LO’s.

The office is very clean and love how it has a dedicated room to well patients and another for sick patients.
The location of the office is right by/connected to the Irvine Hospital and we always can find close parking.

We switched insurance companies/plans and made sure we they accepted Dr. Tu and his Irvine office!

The medical team is also very knowledgeable and helpful in the times we made after hour calls and visits!

Doctor Tu is the best Doctor to our family . He always listen, understanding, helpful , care . We really appreciated for everything he has done for our children. Highly recommended Dr Tu

not sure who will give him 5 stars, maybe he creates his own account, avoid him at all cost if you care about your baby especially if you are Asian, he thinks you don't understand rule here or English and assume you don't have insurance so he charges you insanely high. Plus, he doesn't check properly, you properly know more just simply google than visit him. he won't tell anything anyway. This type of person typically cheat on new immigrants and shouldn't be a doctor if have zero professionalism especially pediatrician！！
