I am trying to get fingerprinted for substitute teaching. I have to pay sixty dollars and send in over eight documents. Why do I have to pay this amount when schools say the need substitute teachers desperately? The state should stop putting up a facade about education and support substitute teachers. All the paperwork that needs to be completed is another hurdle. I am exasperated by our state government and the South Cook ISC.
