He had other customers at the time of my visit, yet he was very accommodating and took care of my needs very timely. He was professional and personable, and his pricing was more than fair. EXCELLENT Skills, Service and Timeliness. I'm a Dj and my laptop was performing horribly during my set!! Other technicians were unsuccesful at diagnosing the problem an insisted it was a virus. Marlon answered my called first ring, offered a same day appointment and patiently researched, troubleshooted and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour. Very welcoming and kind! He figured out the problem with my MacBook Air quickly, as well, so I was pretty much in and out! I was beyond nervous that getting a professional to take a look at it would cost me a lot, but he charges extremely fairly. He is clearly very knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way, even on the phone before I even arrived at the store! As he was working on my laptop, he was explaining what could be wrong, why he was doing what he was doing, and he figured out what it was! He was able to send me out with very useful advice, too, which I highly appreciated. He really helped me to save a lot of money, when I would’ve paid literally at LEAST 6x what he charged if I brought my laptop elsewhere.

If I, or anyone I know, ever run into any more problems with our computers, I’m immediately going here, hands down.
