There is nothing more nerve wracking than having to shop for daycares and preschools for your children. I just moved from out of state about a month ago and I immediately got to do my homework on searching high and low for daycares. You always want the best for you kids and one thing I found out when I moved from out of state here to IN is that daycare is very costly and no one has a spot open until the Summer time. I came to the point where I was going on google maps to see what was around and then I stumbled upon Bright Beginner’s Academy. I just prayed so hard that they had a spot open not just for one child but for two and luckily they did. Of course as a parent you start to think well why do they have openings and others don’t? So of course I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but then I got to my appointment to go tour the facilities and just the level of kindness and love that I felt there for my kids was truly Amazing!
Bright Beginner’s so far has exceeded their expectations on how great they are with my kids! The fact that they take time to take pictures and update you on everything just takes the stress off so much and makes you feel at ease of what’s going on. My son has been at daycare prior to Bright beginner’s and I never received so much communication and updates throughout the day like the way Bright Beginners does. So if you are thinking about this place I definitely say they are legit and amazing. My kids are so happy coming to this place everyday. They never have cried when I have left them nor have they been crying when I pick them up so that tells you A lot!

The place is terrible. They do not understand children with special needs and they do not listen to parent input. The staff did not listen to me when I told them my son had autism. They discriminated against him. They did not accommodate his personal needs to succeed in a daycare setting. Instead, they punished him and continually called me to pick him from the daycare. The director is the worst I have ever seen. She dismissed my concerns as a parent and ineffectively did not meet his needs. They made him feel bad. He dislike going there because they didn't know how to treat him. I picked him up one day and he had red marks backs on his back. I almost called Child Protective Services because it was very concerning. I asked them what happened and they did not know how my son had marks on his back. I would not trust Scott or Sanela or Julia. He even goes as far as having staff and family member write him great reviews. I would seriously reconsider beginning them here. The Hammond Baptist church can't be trusted either. I heard those people at the Hammond Baptist church do very inappropriate things to children. I watched it on a documentary on the Hammond Baptist Church. Scott is a huge supporter, and almost all his employees are from there. I know this for a fact. I would do your own research, and you will see I am right. They cannot be trusted. They are lying people that do not care about kids, but care about making as much money as they can by manipulating the community into thinking they have a great facility. I would have given them 0 stars. Please do your research and pick a more notable daycare. I have seen a whole turn over in staff. A whole turn over? I would think twice.

My son Lorenzo started here at BBA 2 weeks ago, and to say I am amazed is an understatement. I love the staff, they are friendly and care about your children. The staff know all of the kids by name. My son loves his teacher Mimi, and all his new friends and things he is learning. I also cannot believe my son takes a nap SO well there! He does not do that at home haha, but I feel so at ease knowing he is in such a great environment and I have already noticed things he has learned! We are blessed to have found BBA.🤍

I’m so happy we switched from a home daycare to Bright Beginners Academy six months ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the teachers genuinely care for our kids, treating them like their own. We appreciate the structured environment and the daily updates. Our little ones have learned so much during their time here.

My child was struggling a bit In the beginning but now thanks to Julia the new director and all the amazing teachers adjusting has gone so swell! Im happy to know my child is in safe hands!
Julia told me she would excuse my tuition for the week at the time I wrote a review for her. Then told me she can only allow a credit for week 25$. One of the MAIN OF MANY lies+reasons why we no longer come here. Miss Grace and Mrs. Ana have been wonderful and the lobby receptionist in the morning 🤗 Nothing wrong with the teachers because they were great I just don’t like feeling lied to!

My kids started Bright Beginners this summer after I recently moved to the area! It is such a peace of mind to be able to drop them off and know they are with people who care about them and also help their minds grow and learn! I love the structure at the daycare. I never had experience with daycare before and imagined it as a big chaotic room full of kids and incredibly patient workers. I was right on the patient workers part, but the way they have the ages split up was way better than I had envisioned! Each age group has their own area and teachers with age appropriate activities and toys! The daycare gives the kids snacks and meals which I did not expect when I brought them the first day! I had packed them all a lunch which they ended up bringing home because they enjoyed the one at daycare better. No hurt feelings! The stress of packing snacks and a lunch was gone. They bring a cup and leave it at daycare along with several changes of clothes, so no need to bring a bag daily. Thank God! The stress of enforcing naps…gone! There is a nice play area for the kids and it seems like they’re always upgrading toys and the play area to make it enjoyable and safe for the kids! One thing I absolutely love is the app where they send me pictures and updates throughout the day about my kids! It’s so nice to be reassured that they are having a nice time and makes the time apart not feel so harsh. They love to bring home arts and crafts they made and are excited to tell me what fun they had at daycare each day! I would definitely recommend Bright Beginners to anyone who asks! I have grown to love the staff as I see them daily, and they are so kind and friendly with me and my kids!

As an employee at Bright Beginners Academy in , I can confidently say it’s an incredible place to work. The atmosphere is warm and positive, and there is a genuine sense of care among staff. From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere is evident. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor activities.
The staff is truly dedicated to the growth and development of each child, and it’s so rewarding to see them thrive! It is a joy to watch the children engage in learning experiences, and I love watching them grow and gain new skills every day. Above all, the emphasis on communication, both with families and within the team, helps foster a strong sense of community. Our director, Sanela Bogdanov, has grown Bright Beginner’s into a high-class, student focused, exciting place to work! I’m proud to be part of such an outstanding academy that cares so much about both its students and its staff. It truly feels like a family here!

I have had the privilege to work at BBA for the past year and a half. This experience has given me the joy and opportunity to work with the best kids in the world! I love working in the one year old room! From the baby snuggles and getting to see their first steps, first words, and their very different personalities start to grow immensely, BBA truly cares for each and every little one! The learning environent is peaceful and the curricululum provided allows the kiddos to learn very many different things, all at their own level! I love the hands on approach and how much the teachers truly care for their students. BBA is more than just a daycare, it is a family that I am blessed to be part of.
I 100% recommend BBA to anyone who is looking for a place that their children will feel loved, safe while learning, and a place where they will belong❤️
