My name is Shon .... I discovered A Plus Master tutoring Service through 1 of my older cousins. Her son was having a difficult time with his 7th grade math curriculum she asked me to bring him to A Plus Tutoring.
She mentioned that 2 of her coworkers had children that attended A Plus Master tutoring sessions at this location and they were able to improve their report card by 2 letter grades.

I also decided to bring my 8 year old daughter (who currently attends A Plus Master Tutoring) because she needs to improve her reading comprehension and math skills.

Initially I sat in a on a few tutoring sessions (as any concerned paying parent would lol) and I must say that Ms Denise and her A Plus Master Tutoring staff are very focused, knowledgeable, organized and intent on helping their students improve in their academics.
They even offer tutoring courses for adults as well.
Upon my observation, they conducted a few national skills tests (math, spelling, reading & comprehension) which indicates the students areas of strengths and weaknesses.
Once the skills test is evaluated, they tailor a program for each individual student to improve in all areas noted.
I also like their payment plans and cancellation policies.
My daughter is 8 and she's only attended two (2 hour) sessions and I'm picking up subtle improvements while helping her with homework.
I'm happy with my current results and I expect to see a tremendous improvement upon completion of the program ...

Denise and her tutoring crew are amazing ! She’s very understanding , compassionate and attentive to the needs of her students and parents. My children have been to franchise tutoring places and they didn’t feel that hey were learning , but became more frustrated. Denise and her tutors are always ready to help and my children as well as myself felt that they really cared about them achieving and growing academically. They are always nice and, unlike franchise tutoring places , she has a single parent fee!!!!!!!! That’s definitely affordable ! My children love it there and in the short time being there, they have achieved more than when they were going to other tutorIng places!!!! I’m more than happy I found this gem! She helps with Math and English , as well as prepping high schoolers for SAT!!!! You will not be disappointed when you send your children there because you will see that’s it’s going to a win win situation! For your pockets and for your children.

Did I mention. She doesn’t do contracts! That is always a plus in my book , because being a single parent is challenging especially with limited funds and when you’re Locked in contract they can swindle thousands of dollars out of you! Whereas Denise allows you to pay on a month to month basis!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to gv recognition to this tutoring ctr and staff....My son has attended a few "well known" tutoring centers in the past that were very pricey and made it unaffordable to continue but this ctr is very affordable and you'll see the same progress frm ur child if not more bcuz there's a passion for them here at this ctr to service your child. When I drop my son off, I know that I don't hv to worry about him and that he's safe. But, most important, my son, who started here at age 12 (and was not happy with the idea of going to tutoring) Love's it❤. He is now 14yrs old and I continue to bring him bcuz 1, it's affordable 2, I want to keep him ahead of the game 3, I've seen tremendous progress, not just academically but, his confidence level and willingness to want to succeed HIMSELF has greatly improved and 3, bcuz my son loves it here. Our experience here has been nothing but, a blessing.....Sincerely, A Happy Mom!🤗

This place is not worth going to, the owner speaks very negative about other people children and the children she tutors. (Pay attention to her responses too) The positive comments are from her friends except Shon. Two thumbs down.👎👎

One of the worst experiences in my entire life. These are people who do not have a passion for educating children. I saw no progress in my daughter just frustration.
