The supporting staff & teachers are wonderful at this location. Everything from the communication to the welcoming environment is nurturing. My son is Thriving and has learned so much. His teachers are supporting me during his transition to the big kids class. We're aslo working on a potty training plan. I'm grateful to have joined Gilchrist.

Having a great experience with all of my grandkids here. New staff and professionalism along with a clean and comforting environment for the kids. Nothing is perfect, but they truly inspire, instruct and construct learning on all levels so that a kid can be successful.

Easterseals promotes bullying. I been bringing the issue that my son is being bullied in his class and notified all staff, even the supervisor Ann OMalley and for over a month, no one has addressed this issue. Easterseals provides an unsafe environment which includes physical and emotional abuse to a 3 year old. My son a bruise on his face a few weeks ago and I asked what happened and for the incident report from the staff and no one knew what happened even though they have been made aware that my son is bullied, I didn't get an incident report until 4 business days later after me asking for one everyday. And the report said that they didn't know what happen. What kind of safety is that, that they are providing

Gilchrist-Marchman preschool was recommended by a CPS counselor for our four year old son, who was diagnosed with Autism. They accept children with special needs, so we thought they may be a good option.

I attempted to contact Morayma Cancel, the interim director, and received no response to emails or phone calls. I then attempted to contact Greg O'Brien, who is in charge of admissions, and again got no response. After continued attempts to contact them, I was finally able to schedule a tour with Mr. O'Brien.

I took the tour and placed my son's name on the waiting list in May 2013. At that time, Mr. O'Brien told me they would likely have openings in August. He also asked me to contact him in July for an update.

In early July, I sent him an email asking if we were still on-track for August admission. I got no response. After follow-up emails and phone calls, I was finally able to reach Morayma Cancel in early August. She told me she would look into whether our son would be admitted and call me back that same day.

She didn't call back that day or the next. She didn't respond to my emails, so I started trying to get through to anybody there. I found out Ms. Cancel had gone on vacation.

I tried contacting others at the center, but didn't have any luck. Finally, Ms. Cancel did email me to tell me that they would *not* have room for our son.

In total, I tried to contact the following people: Morayma Cancel, Gregory O'Brien, Jayashree Rao, and Delores Nickel. Most of my emails and phone messages went completely unanswered. It was only after significant effort that I was able to get any response from anybody at Gilchrist Marchman.

Given the unresponsiveness of the staff and poor communication, I can't recommend Gilchrist Marchman. If you have any choice, don't even bother with them.

Horrible attitudes and fakeness I put up with it because the teachers are good but myrayma runs everything seems like front desk don't know what they are doing maybe we need replacement managers the staff tries to make u feel uncomfortable so u can leave but I will never leave staff rotates in every company so it's just a matter of time until they get rid of them also this daycare has bad review because dcfs investigated and the daycare and they was at fault by leaving gates open so kids can get out I stay because of my kids teacher and because travel time and also it's too many kids to move around to a new place specials when my kiddos love they teachers but if I was to ever have more kids in future I would prefer to be a stay at home mom in 3 yrs I'm done with them but never recommend any kids until they change the manager and parent support or floaters
