This is my FIRST and last time, i hope ever having to do this. Never ever have I thought to out a potential employer. TWO stars because Celso was an awesome individual. A true professional. I had several interviews, all pleasant, and then I got to the last person, the director, Sierra Davis. We discussed a few students that I was confident that I could help. I asked her several questions as to the focus and needs of these students, as I was instructed to, and then the more she explained the more I realized they were underpaying for the role. Allow me to explain how this company works. They ENCOURAGE you to take the LOWEST salary option which is 25 an hour, and this is what I did. There is literally a page on their web application that has a slider where you can slide to the right for a higher salary. I followed THEIR advice and did so. Once in the interview she started mentioning, having to buy books and photocopies and extensive UNPAID prep, and I mentioned that these students' issues are complex and the range of need is greater than I had earlier anticipated. I told her I would like to get $27 an hour for this very detail-oriented -relationship with these students. She said, that she understood and that she could definitlely pay that and that she would get in touch with the student's parents to see where the focus should be. She stated that she wanted tutors to be happy in their role, etc. Then she never called back. Her name is Sierra Davis. The level of unprofessionalism cannot be understated. You cannot and should not take her at her word. Tutor ME education receieves funding for their program from several sources outside of the parents and they are a BUSINESS... and they want to MAXIMIZE their profits at the expense of the teachers/tutors who do the REAL work. They do NOT want to pay you what you are worth. These are SPECIAL NEEDS students... NOT your every day student. That being said, you can decide whether or not you'll accept this treatment, and Sierra if you are reading this, please don't reach out to me or bother commenting under this. I have moved on, but thought it was important for future and potential tutors to know what's at stake. Pay people fairly for their work and maybe you'll be able to find Tutors for the dozens and dozens of children who are going to undoubtedly be without a tutor, at least for the time being.

Truly Quality and Professional tutors. The tutor we have been connected with actually cares and has been invested in our Childs success. She is credentialed in special education and always goes the extra distance to make sure we are supported. The Tutor Me Education team also set up a learning plan for my child far beyond what the district could ever do. We are grateful to have connected with Tutor ME! My daughter has been struggling with math and science over the last year. I have hired multiple tutors from various outlets (mostly from online websites that let us choose the tutors) – What a waste of my time! Not only were the tutors unresponsive, most of them would not commit for more than a moth or two. Tutor Me Education was the opposite! The staff was very professional and were with us every step of the way to ensure that we had the best possible tutor and that every session was perfect. We received a report of how everything went after every session… something the online platforms never offered. Tutor Me Education was the best tutor in Santa Monica. Don’t waste your time with other tutor websites and call them now!

We needed an ISEE tutor and fast! Tutor Me Education provided us with the best ISEE tutor we could ask for. She was sweet, funny, and my children loved her. They scored very well on the ISEE and even continue working with the ISEE tutor on other subjects. We weren’t sure if the ISEE was the best exam but Tutor Me Education helped us through the process and ended up sending an ISEE tutor to our home in Santa Monica. Thank you guys we loved our ISEE tutor!

Absolutely perfect. Finally affordable tutoring on demand but with QUALITY Tutors and Teachers. Finding tutors online was easy but all were subpar until I found Tutor Me Education. Jamie, my UCLA tutor was fantastic for upper division calculus and linear algebra. Best system out there by far!

Where do I start? Tutor Me Education provided us with an expert SAT tutor that came to our home in Santa Monica. The tutor was an SAT genius… in fact she was on the SAT college board and helped write some of the questions. After working with the SAT tutor my daughter scored almost a perfect score! 98th percentile on the exam. Sure our daughter is above average but this could have not been done without Tutor Me Education. If your in Santa Monica and looking for a tutor call tutor me education!

I am so glad I has tutoring sessions with them. I really needed an O-Chem tutor. This subject used to be super hard for me but now that I did tutoring with them I understand it! Without them I wouldn't have aced my tests. Definitely 10/10 recommend.
