This is a really great school. Depending on your major, you might have a professor or classmate that may not have a positive experience on your academic journey. But out of all the City colleges, Kennedy-King is the best. Also shout-out to security and the engineers that keep the school running great

Great professors and students but the admin/staff is ghetto and unprofessional. Staff lock doors to avoid actually working and will sit and eat food without acknowledging you. A black clerk had me wait outside the office door ignoring me for 30 minutes while I watched her watch tv shows and snack on chips. You can get better customer service at McDonald’s. You will not be respected here.

Worst experience of my life. If you are thinking of going to the HVACR program don’t!! I’ve wasted my time and money on this school to get nothing but stress and frustration! They have no safety, no organization. They lie to you and tell you they care about you but they don’t. The professors don’t care for your safety at all!! No goggles, no equipment, nothing works! The lack of equipment is disappointing, you have more than 5 people on one unit or board so you can never get any hands on. The quizzes are unfair. 1 question has 10 questions in them so if you get one wrong you get the whole question wrong. I had a final with 1000 questions. The professors don’t give you the right tools and materials needed for “lab” they get frustrated at you for asking for the materials you need. The professor was eating in class while we were doing lab work and when we asked for a specific material he was frustrated and got mad we interrupted his eating time during class hours. Several students have complained but there is no change. This program is dangerous! Not worth it. The professors gave up and don’t care anymore. What a joke.

I had a great experience when I went to register for classes today with Ms Regina in admissions. She was very nice and pleasant. She was very much aware of job description. I wish we can have wonderful people like her in the customers service fields today.

ZERO stars for the financial aid office/department. All the staff that I was able to talk to were all terrible, like if they came from the same place, with no manners, very unprofessional including the men that's always sitting next to the door doing nothing and just giving the wrong information to the students. They all think that they are better than us just because they handle the paperwork for the financial aid. They think that you won't complain because if you do, they might not do their job right and you won't be able to get the help that you need financially but that didn't stop me from speaking out even though nobody does anything to fix the issues in that department. I just think that they don't have the right to disrespect us in anyway. Hopefully someday, things will get better !!! Good luck going there ...!!!

Food is always good & it is always so busy my daughter and I went today but they forgot my grandson gyro sandwich by the time we got home and realized it wasn't in the bag I had to be on my way to work and she had to pick up the grandbabies from school so just check your bag if you have a large order. Also I enjoyed the Ice Cream the Coconut Almond Joy was really good

Great teachers at the school, but you'll learn more in person than on zoom. Because in person you might have questions on the subject being taught to you.get better understanding and you need to take it serious ,you have teacher that are gifted, ACKNOWLEDGE THEM

Very unwelcoming environment. I felt as though everyone working there looked as though they were above the students during my registration process. I also had issues with the Finincal aide office contacting me back. I also had issues with the person who was helping me in my Finincal aide process having a arrogance towards me instead of walking me through what I did not know about their process he felt the need to be a catty in his words.
