The Baltimore Jarc program is one of the worst program in Baltimore city. It was a waste of my time dealing with them. I would never support or donate to this program because they don't assist everyone in Baltimore city they over look the diamond in the rough.I would tell other people that trying to better their condition in life not to waste your time with this program. Go to a program that willing to accept everyone.

I was in the neighborhood and passed through. Free training is offered in CNC Mill and Lathe, or Brake Press, or Welding. Great personnel looking for great people to help out!

The real-estate arm of this company has become horrible. I've rented from them for years and they quit maintaining the building. Constant leaks, HVAC issues. I used to he proud to rent from them. No more.

Amazing tutoring if your looking to get prepared for the asvab like myself its free 1 on 1 tutoring a week and free math table two times a week also help you look for jobs and ged preparation as well
