I truly believe you won't find more passionate teachers in any field than Floyd and Sandra. They went above and beyond in their teaching of the material, but they also treated everyone in the class like their family. They hold high standards for their students, and the completion of their class left me feeling very confident in my future as a home inspector. Came for the mandatory 80 hour field training, left with what feels like an an extended inspector family. It would be enough if Floyd and Sandra gave amazing, well planned classes. Floyd is an assertive and confident instructor who truly knows his field. As a retired critical care flight paramedic and former instructor, I can easily spot the difference between a bad instructor and a good one—and Floyd is neither, because he is an outstanding instructor. He engages everyone in class and ensures we are actively learning from each other. He takes the time to make sure everyone understands the material and provides a wealth of knowledge beyond what I expected. Floyd helped me take the confidence I already had as a paramedic and apply it to home inspections, showing me how my assessment skills and passion for helping others translate perfectly into ensuring homes are safe and operable.

I just completed my online pre-classroom ICA training. I found it very well done detailed practical, helpful and efficient.

Every effort is for quality and time, saving and efficiency. I’m impressed, Being that kind of person myself quite a perfectionist with 55 years, a very intensive hands-on building experience and just about every kind of building and every trade. I perform all trades easily without thinking.. It is definitely a gift.
My wife and I have philosophy science degree bachelor of arts. I am a pilot with an airplane five sailboat. Rebuild my own truck engines.
Etc., etc. I am also a very good herbal healer having studied this 12 years now.

If you are looking for a company to trust with getting your NC inspections, you don't have to look any further! I got the opportunity to learn from Floyd and Sandra and they have been nothing but a godsend. Sandra has such a beautiful bright personality and radiates genuine love for her position. Floyd is an easy going, understanding and exuberant guy! You really are getting the best when you attend their classes! I did the 80 hour in person class with them and they made it a BREEZE to enjoy showing up to learn. Very hands on and comprehensive. The atmosphere, even with our larger group of 26, felt like a healthy family dynamic that wants to see everyone succeed. I know this is only possible because of Floyd and Sandra's drive and attitude in building what feels like community instead of competition. I look forward to building my career with the knowledge and experience they have departed to me, and love that they are only a phone call away if I need them.
