What an amazing training program for aspiring PA's, and anyone looking to get into the film industry. I joined the program to learn more about becoming involved in location scouting, since my background is in Real Estate. The content, and speakers provided far exceeded my expectations. I want to say that prior to having the opportunity to be a student at Production Assistance Unlimited, I was completely unaware of the possibilities one can take in order to become successful is the Film industry.

Being Accepted to the Filmscape Production Assistant program, led by Production Assistance Unlimited, was one of the most profound experiences for me. I had the opportunity to pick the minds of people that worked within the industry here in Chicago.

This gave me the insight I needed in order to make a decision on what path I want to take in order to become successful in this industry.

Both Dee and Desmond were patient instructors, both of whom have experience working in Film in Chicago, but also all over the country.

We were able to have a bit of hands on experience as well, which was truly helpful and I would encourage anyone to apply to this program if they truly want to learn what it means to be a PA.

After my experience here, I was inspired to form my own LLC as a Filmmaker, and I am currently taking the first steps to achieve my own personal goals.

I highly recommend this program to anyone hungry to learn. Come determined.

The Production Assistant Workforce Training Program was a very insightful and memorable experience. It provided me with new terminology and insights to a field where information is usually limited or hidden from the mass public. Throughout the duration of the training , I was provided different knowledge and opportunities to network with multiple experienced creatives from various departments such as props, costumes, stage building, camera, lighting , etc, So we actually got the chance to listen too and learn from people who are already doing what we aspire to accomplish.

It definitely reassured me about my own skills and aspirations. Now having finished the class, I feel a lot more prepared and ready to be behind more productions and contribute even that much more to whatever future projects that I become a part of. The PA training program was so helpful! I highly reccomend their program for anyone trying to break into the film industry. I went to film school but there's a lot of tiny details that film school doesn't cover. Since this program is taught by people who actively work in the industry (Dee and Desmond are awesome), the students learn essential skills that put them ahead of someone coming straight out of film school.

It was an amazing experience! Being offered the opportunity to take production training with Production Assistance Unlimited was a major game changer for me. Being able to get direct instruction from working professionals who walk on major studio productions right down the street ,consistently ,every ,day for almost multiple weeks straight, is legendary.

There will never be a shortage of gratitude that I hold for Dee and Dez. They really helped change me for the work of actual motion picture production. To know zero about it, then to knowing what I know now is crazy tbh.

At the time of this writing, I am still trying to get that first on set job as a PA 🙏🏾but when I do I will be ready;
