Not only was my daughter able to perfect the necessary math and reading skills to excel in high school entrance exam and easily land within top 5 percent of all applicants there, the Huntington LC instilled in her a real passion for learning math, and even after the HS exam, believe it or not, my daughter personally requested to continue and continues to this day her math journey with one of her favorite teachers (Clara) there. The one on one sessions at Huntington have become the integral part of my daughter weekly schedule and she really! loves it.!

Communication with the head facility has been a horrible experience. Front staff has been great but getting a meeting with the leadership of the company has been a roller coaster. My child was not able to continue this summer and it was a hard decision to not continue with the program, and for having legitimate reasons. When planning to have conversations with them regarding the refund we would get a meeting and once we drove the 45 minutes to the center, we would be denied the meeting stating, "they had already left for the day, do you want to reschedule?" this has happened on multiple occasions where we have either had them call us to reschedule or have been denied a meeting. To this day we still are having a hard time to communicate with them regarding our refund.

Huntington is not cheap, but quality matters, and in this area I believe you get what you pay for.
Scheduling my son's sessions has always been easy. Staff is incredibly responsive to communications from my son's mother & me, and flexible in scheduling conferences when needed. Meryem Ray is terrific at explaining the data in terms of my son's progress and challenges. As the parents of an older daughter who used Huntington to prepare for the ACT (& who is now a happy and thriving college sophomore), I also know that Huntington generates results!

Huntington gave my child a boost in skills and confidence. I like that him and I don’t have to struggle during homework time anymore as he just finishes it quickly and independently. I am so happy with the results so far and looking forward to the advanced skills he is about to start leaning at Huntington now that he is all caught up on the skills he missed during the pandemic.

Our daughter's ACT score went up 7 points. Huntington did a great job analyzing what she needed to work on and making a plan to accomplish the goal, with a perfect schedule for her to peak on test day and provided excellent tutoring and feedback. The student must be committed as well. Great work.

My daughter attended sessions here & within a very short time she started getting betters scores in reading. The staff was professional and took great interest in making sure she improved. If your child is struggling in school or want to be ahead of the class I would recommend Huntington Learning Center in River Forest, IL.

Not a strong recommendation, but I think the Huntington program has a good curriculum and strives to help the child. However, I did not see improvements to the extent expected in my son's skills. Given the high price, I would search all resources before sending another child to Huntington. And furthermore, there was NO followup to see how he is doing after we ended our relationship. Disappointed.
