Huntington in Lynbrook did a great job with math tutoring. They did an initial assessment to identify gaps, and then they developed a customized program to fill those gaps. Star assessment increased by more than a grade level upon retesting after just one month. The directors, managers, and tutors are excellent and are very dedicated to helping each student succeed. Highly recommended!

During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic and remote learning, my child grades took a noticeable dip. Thankfully, we found Huntington Learning Center in Lynbrook, and it made all the difference. Under their guidance, we've seen a significant improvement in my child's grades.

I attribute much of this success to the exceptional team at Huntington. Missa, the director, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, care, and dedication to helping students succeed are truly commendable. Additionally, Thomas at the front desk has always been welcoming and accommodating.

My daughter was struggling to learn to read in Kindergarten, and we had received a promotion-in-doubt letter. The change in public school curriculum was rough. I searched many tutors and chose Huntington and it was my best decision. She slowly gained confidence in herself, started sounding out words, learned all her sight words, and even began reading street signs and movie titles as the months went by. She was given constant motivation with stickers, small squishy toys, and her name on the main wall as “student of the week;” all that made her smile and encouraged her to keep going and do better. She became no longer promotion in doubt and last week she graduated Kindergarten! Something I worried about her doing. I’m very thankful for Huntington of Lynbrook and if you need to decide, choose here. They have frequent meetings to update on their progress, they make the meetings convenient for you if you need Zoom. They are flexible with timing schedules if you need to change one class. My daughter says she misses going there now. One-on-one tutoring is the way to go.

The team at Huntington Learning Center is excellent! They are all patient, supportive, accommodating, and super helpful. My daughter is in 2nd grade and loves all of her sessions and her teacher is very impressed with her progress. The staff builds great relationships with students and she very felt comfortable with each tutor.
