Students and alumni have expressed a fair and rigorous experience with the FSTE team, where once complete they feel ready for the workforce…FSTE also provides students with opportunities for job readiness placement with partners like “Skills USA”. First Step to Excellence Health Care Training Academy ("FSTE") boasts a near perfect achievement rate.
To date, FSTE is at 100% pass rate for CNA, 100% pass rate for LPN and 94% pass rate for Phlebotomy. I personally don't recall any other nursing program that has rendered these results.
Dr. Jerrilyn Pearson and her staff expect the best from their students and will teach and guide them along the way to achieve their dream of becoming a part of the health care industry.
If you want the best start in the 3 aforementioned areas, FSTE is the best option.
