This place is also a Ceda/ Iheap center my experience is i called 2weeks prior to having a appointment for Nov 1 for shutoff - disconnection.... they asked that you have IDs, social security card, and 30 days prior checkstubs and all pages of your bill for everyone in the household ...The day of my appointment i had everything except the social security card I had a printout .... that wasn't sufficient enough, I was told to come as soon as I received my social security card which was that Monday called, left messages, Monday ,Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday went back up there because now it's a week later and was told because the 11th Saturday was Veterans Day that Thursday no one was there for that Thursday Friday or Monday so I had to come back in that following Tuesday so basically I had to run around with them ... and it took many hours, bus fare and time because the machine went down for 2 hours when I finally was able to get up there and have everything together it was an interesting experience not a good experience at all .. because I wasted a lot of time so just so you know you need everything no printouts no nothing you need the real thing so that they can make copies okay!!?
