I called in to seek assistance for my light bill. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and compassionate (Gina). When I came in everyone who I came in contact with was extremely welcoming. They genuinely wanted to assist me. From the gentleman who open the door all the way to everyone I encountered, they were all extremely nice. Prior to me leaving I asked for the supervisor’s name & all the staffs name & explained to them that I called multiple organizations and they were not helpful at all. The supervisor brought tears to my eyes because she really expressed her love for the organization and wanting to help other people. This organization really helps Latinos within the community & I am so grateful for their assistance. Huge thank you to the staff: Gina, Samantha, Janny, and Mariella.

I called the center today to ask some general questions and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I had to explain to her that I was unfamiliar with the program therefore I needed some clarity. She escalated her tone and became aggravated. Beware !!! On another note , I’m glad there is a center that provides resources for newly arrived immigrants.

The women there are always to busy talking amongst eachother instead of attending the line. Went there three weeks ago to apply for Share the Warmth, told me the system was down, Today I go in to apply AGAIN for share the warmth , she tells me to go apply at Saanads. Another thing when ever you try and call this place YOU never get thru to a live person. Can't even dial an extension to leave a voice mail because the extentions numbers are not known, let alone the name of the people that work there. This location acts like they don't want to do their job.,just sit around and get paid to do nothing.

If you’re going here for assistance in paying any utility bills please seek help elsewhere, these people don’t care, they’ll have you come appointment after appointment just to tell you they need more info. I had to request days off of work that can potentially cost me my job. These people don’t CARE about the community or helping just about sitting around a desk acting like they’re working.
