First of all, I am rating financial policy of the Child INC, not the tutoring services provided. Please, when you go there, ask about their prices PRIOR to paying for the assessment. The staff gave me the wrong pricing information and didn’t mention the contract during my first visit. It was revealed as an unpleasant surprise after I paid for my child’s assessment.

After many false starts and trying to find the right fit for our son, we were blessed to find Daphne and her incredible staff of teachers and tutors. They have made us feel like family and have given us the assurance that our son will thrive in his learning. We have been so pleased, have watched him progress and appreciate the open lines of communication and support we have been given. If you're looking for help for your child for tutoring, home schooling, IEP advocates and more, look no further. This place is an absolute game changer. C.H.I.L.D Inc is everything I needed as a parent to make sure my child succeeds in school. I started off looking for just tutoring for my son and discovered Mrs. Daphne and Mrs Tabitha at C.H.I.L.D Inc. I'm forever grateful for everything that they do. Because of COVID, my wife and I felt that our 6-year-old son was behind in areas. We tried ourselves, but as any parent knows, your child can make you pull your hair out and run your blood pressure up all at the same time. After talking with a few educators, they recommended CHILD Inc. to us. I will honestly say they have been amazing. My son is now testing on or above grade level in everything. The staff is amazing and very easy to work with. A member of the staff even attended the parent teacher conference with us to ensure that everyone is on the same page with our child education needs. We are very happy with the results!!

I want to thank my tutors who provided support to me prior to my exams. The individual attention given enabled me to understand my high school algebra and geometry concepts. I had a very disappointing experience with this tutoring service. Tutors were consistently late by 10-15 minutes for online sessions, which disrupted my child's learning. Furthermore, my child was frequently released early from sessions, leading to a significant loss of instructional time. Despite several discussions with the director to address these issues, the problems persisted, and eventually, we were released from the contract. To make matters worse, the company refused to reimburse the prepaid hours, forcing me to pursue a claim in small claims court to get my money back. I strongly advise against using this service based on my experience.

If I could leave no stars I would. They do not hold their word when it comes to completing a contract. Be careful with your “credits” and timing you commit to. They have taken 60 credit hours from us and basically through them away. Knowing from the beginning that we only could do a certain amount which she promised we can use at a later time. They will press you to sign a “legal agreement” then say they are busy when it comes to your child needing to make up the time before the agreement expires. Never pay up front. Always pay as you go. Never ever again!
