Good luck trying to contact school.
I guess they have enough new students so they don't care about any new inquiries. Emailed at least twice, called 2-3 times, left voice messages. No follow up from school whatsoever.
Maybe in 1983 this was ok but this is not how you do business in 2017, it's all about customer satisfaction these days...

This company is a perfect example of a RIP OFF Startup Company, which preyed on unknowledgeable people by misrepresenting course program. I took their “automation” course when they were starting up. Steve Kreynin (CEO) introduced me to the program himself. The course supposed to be QA Automation with job placement assistance. I was told that after we learn how to use the software we would be able to get a job as an automation tester. In the reality there was no curriculum of any kind of actual education about quality assurance, no programming, there was basic introduction to the software (IDE only record and playback), and by the end of the month, even instructor told us that we will have to learn programming language. Basically we weren’t able to get any kind of a job without knowledge of programming. Their “job placement assistance” was redirecting us to the monster and carrier builder website. When it came to the question of refund or fulfilling their course obligation: Steve Kreynin was nowhere to be found and still not available (been told by their secretary: “That Steve is a very busy man”).

Terrible customer service. A call person was more about talking rather than listening what a potential customer really needs and interrupting me all the time. When I asked her to send me relevant information regarding their club meetings, she just ignored the request.

This is a great place to study manual and automation testing, if you don't have a lot of time to spend on school. People are super friendly and professional. Every time I go there I have great time. 100% recommend!!
