I have been going there for 5 years and I did not get any take home bottles yet. Til my father got deathly sick.I got 1 take home bottle.5 yrs clean Now I get a take home.I am done.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing was not allowed into dose. They were closed for the next 3 days so I missed 3 days of dosing and then was told when I arrived the following opening day that I was not going to be able to dose until I saw the doctor on Thursday. Note Thursday was two more days away. So this thus forced me to do exactly what I was going there to avoid doing. The nurses are great. The counselors have good intentions. It's just ran worse than Aunt has the worst hours than any clinic I have ever been to. Do not go here

Nancy is the reason this establishment is receiving 1 star from me. She makes you feel like a nuisance instead of a patient by talking down to you. I've come to notice that she doesn't act like this though when Christine (program director) or her father (CEO/founder) are present in the building. She does and amazing job at making people feel bad about needing help getting/staying clean.

I attend this clinic and I really enjoyed it until I started getting my code taken for everyday accidents. The crazy thing it wasn't taken from my counselor or director, it was taken from the secretary(front desk person) can you believe that!!! I've never even to a methadone clinic where it wasn't the counselor or director that could take your code. Besides her( Nancy) it's a great clinic

Staff is extremely rude. Nancy needs to be fired. Im thinking of reporting them to the Illinois board of health and BBB. Have practiced illegal actions on patients. The only worthy people at this establishment are the addiction counselors and nurse. Try removing this review, because you're attempting to hide the truth. You know your employee is incompetent and still refuse to relieve her from being disrespectful to people trying to get out of addiction. She is a despicable human being that wakes up every day looking forward to treating people that are struggling like they are worth nothing.

With the exception of 2 individuals, every member of staff I've dealt with here has been unbelievably rude. The ladies up front have no concept of politeness or courtesy and are too focused on answering back any perceived slight to their ego. It amazes me that people who are supposed to work with the public are instead so preoccupied with arguing with their clients and talking down to them. It reminds me very much of dealing with children who have to feel like they are always right and have no concept of manners.
