Would rate 0 if could. Nice campus and all but they have instructors that will literally not grade your stuff for months and have everything locked so you cant move on. You will waste days, gas, money here hoping to get stuff done. If you ask them in person flat out to grade your stuff they will brush you off. Would not recommend this school, go to gateway or literally anywhere else.

I had my 1st & 2nd vaccines at Blackhawk Tech. College in Janesville. It is beautiful inside & so clean. I was really impressed.
Also, kudos to the Rock County Health Dept. Both appointments couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone knew exactly what to do & were very friendly & willingly answered all questions. Since I had to get the vaccines Blackhawk was the place to go.

Great teachers and students. I could really learn here. Often I hear that people flunk classes etc at other schools because they don't understand the material. However, at BTC, I was able to really grasp the concepts and further my education. Teachers are willing to help outside of class if need be as well. Only dislike is the Student Success required class...I'm a straight A student and feel this class should only be required if you have low grades or be an optional course. Overall a great school!

I have never had a bad experience with a teacher here. They are always well informed and good at explaining solutions in multiple ways. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is based on the fact that they like other colleges make you take some pretty useless classes. I really didn't learn anything from oral communications and that other class where all you do is 5 classes new student success. What a waste of time. The teacher was great though. She joked about the class all the time.

The staff at Blackhawk Technical College will do whatever possible to help students (and potential students) with all personal achievements/goals. Blackhawk's instructional faculty is reputable & well-informed. Blackhawk now offers cost-free tutoring in a newly remodeled room, just for this purpose. This is an excellent tech school.

I attend, and so does my son. My daughter will attend this Spring. I highly recommend Blackhawk Technical College!

Great facility! Clean, well maintained, and easy accessible parking! I got my vaccination here and everything was so smooth. Grateful we have this college in Janesville!
