CTS has been a source of encouragement, assistance, and motivation for me throughout my WIOA program. The program director and program coordinator are always available to assist with questions and strive to ensure that all students are getting the materials, guidance, support, and training needed to succeed throughout the program. The course instructors are very thorough in addressing each student's needs in real time during each class session within the courses. The online and in-person learning formats provided by CTS are conducted in a manner that each student is addressed throughout each session for a complete learning experience of the subject being taught. The instructors are very conscientious and consistently make sure that each student is understanding the material. The instructors are engaging and have real world, current experience in the subject matter that they are teaching. Through my training program with CTS, I have gained many credentials and passed a variety of exams successfully. Anytime that I have needed assistance in understanding subject matter for an exam, an instructor has been there for me to reinforce my learning. Being able to take additional courses for deeper understanding in order to prepare for exams is a great way to learn, retain information, pass exams, and become successful in a work position. Through my program at CTS, I have gained the skills needed to perform tasks at my new job proficiently. I feel confident that I have learned and developed the skills needed to have continued success throughout many facets within a variety or work environments. Thank you CTS! Computer Training Source has some of the most skilled and dedicated instructors like James Peterson who applied practical knowledge and real world experience to provide a fun and interactive learning experience. Form the moment you walk in or enroll online you are given careful attention and support by the front office staff Danielle and Kaitlin. The classes are well complemented by in-depth yet not overly confusing support material and video presentations. I have over 12 years’ experience in higher education and am astounded by the performance of CTS to deliver on its promise of quality training that goes above and beyond just acquiring a certification.

Karen was my instructor for my Outlook Intermediate class. She was extremely helpful and informative. I left class with a few new tricks up my sleeve that will be sure to make my everyday work life that much easier! The class was well thought out, and Karen made sure that everyone stayed on track. I recommend this class to anyone who is looking to know all the extras that Outlook has to offer!

I participated in the 2 day SharePoint User/Owner bootcamp -
my instructor Karen was highly skilled and knowledgeable about the materials because I never once looked at the companion materials during the class. The class was well structured with fantastic flow from one topic to another. In class, questions were always answered and often lead right into the next topic. Also, my request for additional resources was given in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the class, instructor, and its set up. I was assisted by Matt to set up my virtual classroom which went very quickly and without any issues. And everything I learned, I have been able to put to use immediately. Thank you CTS!

I took the CTT+ program for the purpose of becoming a certified trainer. Coming into the program was by far overwhelming to say the least. The course covered every Microsoft Office & Abode applications and then some. It gave me the prospective of where I stood in my knowledge of technology; what I wanted to do and what I felt I was most challenged on. Every instructor I had for all the courses were Excellent. There is nothing negative that I can say on any of them. They were all fantastic! Not only did they know the application, but they also provided samples of real life situations. The resources and the shortcuts not taught in the books were just as valuable as the cost of the course. There were so many resources and websites provided for just about every course that I had to create a document to keep track of all the websites. The support staff were just as helpful in customizing your schedule and working through your exams.

Mary Hershey, the instructor, was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and kind. She created an atmosphere of enthusiasm about her subject and took care in answering questions and making sure that her students understood the material. She also diligently tried to apply the material to real life situations relating to our job responsibilities. It was well worth our time. We will defiantly be signing up for another class.

The instructors and the administrators really care about the students succeeding and they offer to assist and have office hours. You can take the classes virtually or remotely and they offer times to get help after the course if needed. I will take more courses at CTS for sure!

My computer training on Excel by CTS was great! the instructor was well-versed in subject matter and an expert in the field!!! Lots of shortcuts were provided and all areas in the manual were covered in the one day session.
