I have attended this Institute since September 2021 and unfortunately it got off to a rocky start. I got the feeling that they were not prepared for the influx of the amount of students that actually signed up. After about 2 months things started to smooth out when they brought on some new key personnel, one of whom is Michael G. and since that point things really started to smooth out and now I feel very confident about attending class there. I'd also like to note that the school has stood behind their commitment to me and have certainly made up for the issues they had in the beginning and I plan on continuing class at this establishment. Thanks Michael and Milli.

Overall, it's been a learning experience. 1st instructor was knowledgeable, but wouldn't stay on point & without a syllabus to follow we only made it halfway through the class. My 2nd instructor is very knowledge as well, has a syllabus which we follow diligently. Communications are severely lacking especially at the Program Director level - promises promises but the follow through is practically nonexistence. Requesting an Exam Voucher is a Frustrating ordeal to say the least - we follow the process in place, but it takes 2 - 3 weeks if you're lucky & the student has to continuously (almost daily) request the voucher. They appear to be working on righting the ship - only time will tell.

The VA cut funding its educational programs to this school on February 28, 2022. It doesn’t surprise me from the horrible experience I had with my academic advisors. I had one academic advisor when I started at Future Tech. Wasn’t informed he was no longer with the school. Then I inquired who was my academic advisor it was the Academic Director. He was awful. Find a school that cares about their students and their academic success. It’s not surprising the VA cut funding this school.

I literally don’t know where to start with this institution. I am a veteran with 3 degree and I’ve never dealt with an institution, college or university so unstructured and unorganized. I guess I can start off by saying yes, CTI does throw students into classes that have well begun (basically no deadline admission date) and are in the middle of their curriculum. Most students start class without proper materials needed for classes such as books and or laptops. The instructors, professors are very touch and go. Lacking to provide a structured learning environment that runs accordingly. No syllabus are provided to students to stay within alignment of an actual schedule. And my God, BAH processing has to be the absolute worst. Neither Paul or Steven ever know what’s going on but have an answer for everything. If you have to pay out of pocket to attend this institution, fair warning to go elsewhere.

I have enjoy the information and the students in the classes. The instructor has share great class information each day of the classes. The instructor answers questions to help you understand how to move forward in the studying of our versus subjects and homework given in the classes.
Thanks, To CTI for our meeting and information shared with the students.

This was one of the worst training facilities I have ever experienced, and I was in the military. I used my GI Bill to pay for the Cisco Course which for some reason kept getting rescheduled. The course finally starts after close to a month has past from the original start date. The trainer they had was not certified and didn't even know his material. Even worst the desktop computers we were using didn't even have all the required applications needed. I was also promised a laptop which I never received. I stopped going and reported them to VA. In response to the complaint Paul stated I was lying but would issue a refund. VA has not received that refund. Stay away from this place!

To clarify he called me a total of 2 times, both I allow to go to voicemail. One to ask me would there be any other classes I would like to register for, not why I haven't attend class. The second time was to respond to the VA Complaint telling me how untrue I am and that regardless a refund would be issued. I was fully aware of the attendance policy as I have attended other training facilities in the past but this was the first time I EVER had to report one. I could care less what praises he is getting from others as he did wrong by me! If you want training in Windows Server, ITIL, Cisco, or even PMP for example just go to New Horizons Learning Center and stay away from this place as I have previously stated.

What I like most is the classrooms are small, no more than 8 students to a class. You receive individual help if needed, the owner taught my class and is very know his subject and patient. They also offer great student services like lifetime job placement and you are able to retake or review a class.

I believe this place has potential.
I was here as a Youth Worker with One Summer Chicago. We learned how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Our teacher was wonderful as well!
What could have been better is to have another curriculum after we were finished with the class. We spent majority of the last two weeks either being in the classroom watching documentaries and movies, or exploring the city of Chicago. This is not bad, but if I am in a classroom for computer training or graphic design training, I would expect to visit places relating to computers and art.
A minor inconvenience for me was the computer mouse. Only my computer mouse needed to be cleaned. I know it was my fault for not speaking out about it but the mouse was still dirty.
