My child was going here for 2 years. Within those 2 years i’ve suffered them losing my child’s items, other people taking my child’s clothes home, the facility NOT offering her water (she is allergic to Cow’s Milk), Sending her home with urine up to her neck!! And they recently had the nerve to kick my baby out of their daycare because she had a swollen eye & they couldn’t explain where it came from BECAUSE THEIR CAMERAS DOESN’T WORK!!! So yall kick my baby out because AMANDA said “The father raised too many concerns”!? This is by far the worst daycare when it comes to them explaining things to ease the parent’s minds. Stay far away if you can. There’s a few good ones there but they all stick together in the end!

This is the most unprofessional staff in the world. I’ve witnessed the staff become aggressive against parents due to complaints. The owner and staff criticized parents to other parents. The staff had repeatedly misplaced items that belong to children. The staff plays favoritism with children. In all my life I’ve never seen a business that revolve around the safety of children condone violence and peer brutality. This really needs to reach the right hands cause this is ridiculous.

I was looking for a new center for my 4 children and this place provided everything you could ask for and more. They provide transportation for the children that are school aged for free, registration was free, and the process to move them to the center was excellent. My kids come home happy every day!!

Sauk Village learning Academy abused and neglected my daughter. They never changed her to the point she had diaper rash and blamed us when she was with them 5 days a week until we got off work. They never washed her bottles. They had mold in them. I just found this when we took both our kids out today. NEVER TAKE YOUT BABY OR TODDLER HERE.

My child attends the before and after school program and they just opened a new center just for that age group. Both centers are great and have always been very helpful to all my needs.

They are very unprofessional. I suggest if you have a child here remove them immediately these are not reliable trustworthy adults to care for your children and this establishment should be closed indefinitely.
