I had just gotten let go of a job and I call in to Hughes and I get Michelle. I was very fond of my prior job so I was a little disappointed, but Michelle found me a job that day! She found my skills, and put me somewhere she thought I would fit best. She didn't just place me wherever, she took the time and worked with me. Shes a very kind person, and always smiling. I feel as if I am in good hands whenever I call Hughes. Thank you so much Michelle!

Super awesome. Michelle was very attentive and responsive. Day 1 of interviewing, I was matched with a job that fit within my skills-range and current lifestyle. As I go on to graduate from B-school this year with my Bachelors degree, I do think that the client in which Huges/Michelle was able to connect me with will be my career home.

I registered with Hughes Resources in Sept. 2019 for an Administrative Assistant position. Kristi and the rest of the staff were caring, helpful, informative and eager to work with me to find a suitable position. In Dec. 2019 Kristi let me know that she had a position she thought was great for me. She gave me all the information I needed and gave me the pep talk I needed to do exceptional at my interview. I got the position in Feb.2020 and was made a permanent associate 2 months after. I love my new co-workers and my career which has great growth potential. I would have never thought I could work for a firm before. Hughes thoroughly went through my skills and seen my potential for me.
Hughes Resources is hands down the best Employment Agency I have ever worked with!!

Completely wasted my time I've completed all task and background checks. I have been on the availability list for 3 months. They give you the run around regarding a potential job offer. I would not recommend anyone with manufacturing work history to apply with this temp agency.
