I graduated from South Beloit High school in 2011, and I have been attending Rock Valley college since then. I'm still living at home and still not sure what I want to do with a career. It weighs on me everyday and it is one of my biggest stresses. South Beloit High school did not, has not and will never be the type of school to help their students to seriously think about what they want to be when they grow up. I honestly feel like I have wasted four years taking pointless classes and I haven't the slightest clue as to what I want to be, I feel like I'm never going to get a job and be successful enough to support myself for the rest of my life. Most of my classmates have never been to college and a lot of them start but never finish. I see a lot of them working at walmart, fast food chains, etc. It's very sad and I believe that South Beloit School districts are primarily to blame. I don't recommend this school district to the parents of children that already have a hard time deciding what they want for a career path.

Great people and great teachers that are always willing to help you! Loved going to this High School! Best time of my teenage years!
