These people are very unprofessional and not to be trusted. They are absolutely horrific with their communication and transparency. After my first meeting with them and requesting photographs, I supplied my professional comp card. And that's when they requested me to provide photo release forms because my tattoo work was showing in my photographs. After supplying my photo release form, it took them over three months to reply back to my multiple emails requesting them to confirm receiving my photo release. After about the 10th email and finally getting a response they told me they received my photo release form, but need photographs. That's when I reminded them The entire reason they asked for my photo releases cause I already provided photographs. That's when they had the audacity to tell me now almost 4 months later they don't like it don't want to use my photographs, they just want me to use their personal photographer. All they want to do is take advantage of you and milk everything that they can out of you and waste your time. Have an attorney present for all communications because these people are horrific with their correspondence and making it very clear they're not to be trusted

Beware the reviews you see here are done before the services are provided!!! They will have you do a review before even leaving their studio without providing the services yet . If you have a chance don’t walk, run from this place. They will suggest you spend $2000 plus for pictures, slate card, and composites. After adding additional prices came to $2500. Oh and then another $2500 for a demo reel. All these reviews are before you find out that they are horrible at communicating and will tell you lies. Could not provide what they submitted for projects( said they submitted for 21 projects only to find out they submitted for 5) . Could not provide all the pictures in time to ok pictures on the composites.(500+ pictures but Deb only had 5 to pick from at the time). so when we received composites and didn’t like one of the pictures the comp cards were already printed and they don’t stand by their product( George said they could be redone only for Deb to basically be like it is what it is) . After the initial meeting if you had a question we would be told to refer to google. If I wanted to ask google I would have saved myself the money and did this myself. Once you question them they want to tell you they are so busy that they can’t provide the services of being an agent and want to end their representation. If you submit for 20-25 projects there should be no issue providing what you were submitted for. I will be sending a complaint to the state of Illinois as it seems these people are nothing but Misrepresenting and misleading services and scamming people as an agent of 30yrs you should be ashamed of yourself. I would recommend to anyone Stay Away!
