I recently joined F45 Gym about a month ago, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for me. The atmosphere at this gym is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. One of the standout aspects of my experience has been working with Coach Rich, who is not only highly motivating but also extremely knowledgeable. He knows exactly how to push you to become stronger while also recognizing when it's time to take it easy. His guidance and support have truly helped me achieve great results in a short amount of time.

The variety of services offered at the gym is impressive, and they make working out feel so enjoyable and exciting. From the dynamic workouts to the engaging classes, every session is something to look forward to. The mix of fun and effective workouts has made me excited to come back each time.
I absolutely love this gym and cannot recommend it highly enough. Joining F45 Gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey!

My workout class at F45 West Park Ridge was amazing! The location was clean and set up perfectly. The class concept was so fun & upbeat (the playlist was 🙌🔥). Our trainer Abby was so friendly and helped me whenever I needed it and the class was welcoming! I highly recommend F45!

I joined 2 weeks ago. Starting my workout routine after having my first baby. My goal is to feel strong again and boy do I. The trainers have been super supportive and motivational. I did a trial first and at the end of my trail one of the trainers said, “she’s back”. It was exactly what I needed to hear. I still modify and do things at my own pace but it’s been such a good experience.

I started F45 back in February - originally doing a trial, then a 20 class pack and now a full membership. I needed a change as I fell into the “dad bod” mentality, which you know is “cool” until you realize you feel like a hot piece of garbage all of the time. I needed to do better by myself, wife and daughters. Classes always intimidated me a bit and so I avoided them. I followed my local studio on social media and Mark Wahlberg (brand officer for F45) to get more familiarity with the classes and finally signed up. Fast forward to now and I’m nearly 200 classes in. I can honestly say joining F45 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the workouts, the coaches, the people and overall structure - it is hands down one of the best workouts you can do in 45 minutes. It is perfect for busy individuals looking to get in and stay in shape. I am in my mid 30s and quite possibly in the best shape of my life due in significant part to F45. If you’re looking to make a change in 2024 - definitely check it out. They offer trials etc.

PS: Get the lionheart monitor. IMO it makes the workouts better.

New member here. The trainers are awesome especially Rich-always so positive and motivating. It's a 45-min intense workout but you will feel so energized afterwards. I love it!

F45 West Park Ridge is amazing! I have always been one who dreads working out, but ever since I joined F45 that is completely changed. I actually look forward to going every morning! The trainers are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and push me to do my best in those 45 minutes, Not to mention, I have fun while working out! I would highly recommend working out at F45 West Park Ridge to anyone!!
