Great facility. Clean, spacious and worked well. Came here for a Quad wrestling meet. This was a great school to have a sporting event. Gym is very spacious

Wonderful course regulation for the most part. But the bus drivers are horribly disrespectful, as are many teachers. Students are poorly disciplined for severe situations. Lunch supervisors often were rude to us for seemingly no good reason. People with anxiety have a lot of trouble getting into advanced courses, even with the grades to make it. Definitely better than some other districts, but absolutely in need of improvement.

I am going here right now, and I'm learning so much. The teachers are amazing. At William B Orenic and Troy Middle School, the parking for buses is really good. Troy 30c, also has one of the best schools in Will County, Illinois, Troy Hofer Elementary School. At the schools, the only thing I dislike, is the behavior of some students, the district can improve the students behavior but it will still be a con while talking about the district.

My husband and I give our sincere gratitude to the Troy 30 C School District - it’s Superintendent Mr. Todd Koehl, the Troy School Board, AND ESPECIALLY ITS WONDERFUL TEACHERS (Ms. GJERSOE being one of them, our daughter’s awesome 1st grade teacher)!!!!!

The Troy 30 C teachers have the COURAGE, STAMINA, HARD WORK ETHIC, and COMPASSION for their students that too many other teachers In other school districts do not have. Too many want to take the easy route and use Covid 19 as an excuse not to deal with challenging students and justify that view by saying that parents just want to use them as babysitters. Sad and politically incorrect, but oh so true.

On behalf of those parents who value education and the importance of good grades and learning, (and admitting that not all of us are teachers, nor have the skill to be one), you are offering the best choices and fulfilling an extremely important need. It is possible to reach a compromise between total physical isolation and kids running free without masks!

We SO APPRECIATE the option of “hybrid learning”! We are confident that it will work out well and much better than the “remote” option. My husband and I are a part of a group of parents who understand that we will not take the chance of our child “falling behind” and who have faith that Troy will give our 7 year old the best education and socialization possible, while practicing social distancing, with masks.
