10/10 customer service every time! On my most recent trip, I landed late at night and Eric was kind enough to offer me a ride to my hotel. Shoutout to Chase for helping me unload the aircraft in -10 degree weather.

I had to divert to KBMI due to poor weather at my destination. The staff at Synergy helped turn my diversion into more of an enjoyable detour than an annoyance. The line personnel were polite and efficient, and the lobby assistant Samantha helped me with everything from dinner recommendations to finding a hotel room.

Definitely give Synergy a visit if you are flying to BMI.

Flew to Bloomington for a work trip and had an elusive electrical issue. John from maintenance communicated daily with me and gave me options on how to proceed. After about a week and a half of troubleshooting, the plane was fixed and I was on my way for my flight back to the west coast. The CSRs were also very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend Synergy Flight Center FBO!

One of the cleanest, nicest, and most welcoming FBO experiences I’ve had.

Professional, friendly, attentive staff and quick servicing across the board. Comfortable and well stocked, abundant seating, snacks, and great decor.

The night lineman—Colby—did a tremendous job with our late-night arrival (after hours), aircraft and pax handling, transportation coordination, offload, and getting us taken care of.

Fantastic experience—100% recommended!

Excellent FBO, period. 100/100 score. While visiting this FBO, the indoor and outdoor staff were both extremely kind and attentive, and treated our Diamond single like we were welcome visitors in all aspects. It’s hard to find FBOs that care about light singles, and I typically receive treatment similar to a second-rate visitor, but not here at Synergy! They treated us just like a G550, provided a courtesy vehicle for lunch, and made great recommendations for food nearby. The facility itself is hands down the most modern and intricately detailed FBO I have ever visited. If you are transversing Illinois or stopping near BMI, do yourself a favor and drop in.

Brought my Cirrus aircraft to synergy flight center. Was blown away at how nice the amenities were. Plenty of water soft drinks and snacks for your arrival. Inside the restrooms you’ll have a towel in really nice smelling soap to wash off with and refresh. The new FBO is really clean and the staff is extremely hospitable. Could not recommend this facility more to anyone. Highly impressed and I wish more FBO’s would follow the same practices. Lastly, the air condition felt wonderful when we walked inside. Hailey and Sadie were so nice and helpful.

I ended up getting stuck here for a day after the plane my friend was flying had engine trouble and had to land. The FBO and mechanic staff were incredibly helpful and kind, doing everything they could to help us. The FBO building is beautiful as well. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
