I just want to say the owner and ladies of Itch'n to Be Stitch'n went above and beyond to track down and then replace my lost online order. I was sent a replacement order when my order was lost at the post office. Thank you

I Iive in Montana and visit this store when I come into town. The selection of fabrics is outstanding, and it's just a charming place with friendly staff. Also, it's one of the few stores that I have found with multiple bolts of 1930's fabrics. Thank you for that! I was so excited to see the attached retreat center. Maybe one of these days I will do a long distance retreat.

Retreat customer service is the poorest I have ever seen. I signed up for a retreat on Aug. 14th, 2024 and paid my 65 dollars I was not told this was non-refundable at this time nor was I given the retreat rules. That weekend a family baby shower that had been cancelled enabling me to sign up was back on again. So I called on Monday the 19th of Aug to cancel and was told I would not be getting my money back I asked to talk to the owner because I felt this was unfair, she was not in the store and was expected in the store that afternoon. Did not get a call back so on Wednesday I called back and then was told by an employee that she had been out of town and would be in that afternoon it is now Thursday Aug 20th and still no return call from the owner. In January 2024 I was signed up for a two day retreat and we had a ice storm and was unable to get my puppy to the kennel because I live in the country and no plow had come by. Retreat center was open and the store was closed because of ice storm they did not give me a refund.

Great quilt shop with fantastic people!!!!!! Knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Well worth the trip!!!!! Will be back. Update. Visited this shop yesterday (11/10) was not disappointed!!! Again totally blown away with this shop!!!! Great staff and other shoppers with helpful hints and information!!!! Nearly a two hour drive to get there but we'll worth it. Will be back!!!

Beautiful shop with extremely friendly, helpful staff. We stayed at the retreat center and had the best experience. The retreat was spacious, clean and rooms were decorated so cute. They have plenty electric outlets in the rooms, each with own bathroom. The sewing room has many design boards, cutting tables, and irons, very comfortable. We have been to other retreat centers and this place is sooo far above the scale for quilters needs. We will definitely be a return retreated. Thanks
