Ashley is an outstanding yoga instructor and learned somatic practitioner. She's trained in many facets of healing through deep body awareness and connecting one with their own physical sensations, among other things. Ashley is also a truly decent human, which I humbly think is very important in this type of work. I urge people to sign up for something and give her a shot! You will be impressed like I have been! ☆☆☆☆☆

Wholeself isn't just yoga as we think of it. Ashley provides a safe, comforting haven to help you connect your body and mind. No judgement, no competition, just you and a welcoming community celebrating ourselves. I wouldn't be who I am today without all I done through Wholeself.

Ashley was an awesome instructor. One thing I noticed was how well she describes what to do without needing to look at her for guidance. I find that really helpful in keeping my breathing and body stable.

Unfortunately, I am only visiting Springfield so it was just a one time class for me but I enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a positive environment and an obviously professional instructor.

I highly recommend Ashley, for her ability to make all students feel welcome and enabled. I highly recommend the studio for the variety of classes and levels of classes that it offers. I’m also a fan of Ashley’s community work. She walks her talk when it comes to her desire to bring yoga to all ages and socioeconomic groups. I wish her continued success!

I have been dedicated to Ashley’s classes for about 8 years now. We met at the YMCA when she was teaching a gentle yoga class in the mornings. It was nice to be able to find a balance after recently having my first child. Through the years, I have followed her to different locations. She genuinely cares about her students and always checks for consent before helping with a pose. Extremely professional and great at demonstrating something that seems tricky before the sequence begins…. And those playlists? Get out, hands down great music taste.

I currently attend classes at WholeSelf Healing at the 301 Building and so thankful for her many class offerings. I regularly attend the Strong and Slow Vinyasa flow on Thursdays and it is absolutely the highlight of my week. I feel stronger and more confident with my practice every time I attend. She also offers a “yoga at the wall” class/ training and so far it has helped me sink deeper into stretches I didn’t even know I could do. I always recommend the yin yoga/nidra/ soundbath sessions for my friends that may be new to yoga because this practice is simple, relaxing and so fulfilling.

Thank you Ashley for being such a positive energy and sharing your love for yoga and meditation with people of all ages and walks of life. You’re the best!

I started attending classes with Ashley in March 2022 and felt immediately welcomed. I absolutely LOVE her teaching methods, as she always gives modifications for beginners, as well as advanced practitioners, ensuring everyone feels welcome in her classes. She always takes so much care in reminding us to honor our bodies and gives us permission that we often won’t/don’t give ourselves to listen to what our body is telling us to do or asking us for. Her special events are always crafted with so much love and care and it shows through to the experience you have at them. If you’ve ever been intimidated by yoga studios, you need Ashley in your life.
