We absolutely love it! I have a Toddler- 2 yrs old & Infant that attend this facility (Thomas Rd location) My toddler has been here since she was 9 months old. I have seen a significant difference in her learning curve- she has excellent developmental skills. She's only 2 yrs. old and knows her alphabets, numbers, and colors. We get many compliments of her capabilities from family and friends. I have to give all the credit to the staff here at Kreative Kampus. Thier educational curriculum is exceptional. Most of the staff have been here for over 5 yrs, and that explains alot! Yes, they had some Staff & Management changes, but sometimes change is needed to make improvements to meet customer needs and expectations. I'm so grateful I found this place 2 years ago.

I give this place a negative 10 if there was a choice. If you were to ask me 10 years ago I would say they were the best. But now they have new staff and management is horrible to parents, their own staff, and the kids. One of the management kid is always biting kids and when it comes to your kids they tell you to pick them up right away. They will grab your kid and put them in time-out. There have been so many old staff that have been working there for many years just trying to help them out that quit because of bullying, favoritism, racism and so much more. They are being investigated and have open cases. I am surprised this place is still open. WORD OF ADVICE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE AT ALL. They are cheap for a reason. But there are daycares out there that will treat your child better than this place.

This business is a scam, they don’t tell you any of the rules or requirements then expect you to know them all. Random charges pop up and they tell you like you’re supposed to know when no one makes a point to let any of the parents know how their system works or how they do things. My son was always leaving hungry and one day they sent him with a bottle he was just eating that smelled rancid and old. He always threw up the bottles after too. Maybe a blessing in disguise that this place just screwed me over. They don’t know what they’re doing. Probably best my child isn’t left in their care.

I have been bringing my children here since 2017. The staff has been great with communicating any issues or concerns to me. I am confident my children will be loved and taken care of each day I drop them off. The daycare has been changing and improving since day one. They are implementing more and more activities and lessons each year. I cannot imagine taking my children anywhere else. I appreciate Kreative Kampus!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.
This is my first experience with a daycare. I would give zero stars if I could. My child was always hungry as soon as I picked her up, as if she had not ate. Not only that but they do not take in consideration any court orders. They did not tell me if my child was even enrolled all because I was not on the enrollment paperwork. That they prefer only working with ONE parent. Yolanda was especially unprofessional. They also could not give me a tour due to “covid”, but could hardly bother to wear a mask or make sure it was on right at that. I highly recommend taking your child somewhere else.

I have an one year old that attend this school. They offer Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and three snacks. They also provide diapers and wipes. As a single mom I love this place. I would love to see the teachers actually reading and teaching the kids more. My kid transferred from Tutor Time and they offer a full curriculum for the one year olds. Numbers Alphabets Songs and Sign Language etc..
Most importantly she's safe and I trust that they will take good care of her!

I ended up transferring her back to tutor time. Things became real strange at this place. Didn’t feel like my kid was actually safe after some time.

My daughter first time in child care was here & still is she started when she was 1 and I was scared of the experience and all they made me feel so comfortable when I called and then she fell inlove knows so much stuff for a now 3 year old the twos teachers are beyond amazing I appreciate everything the did for my baby and me I appreciate this center so much and I don’t see my self moving her unless something drastic happen I don’t live near them anymore but I love it to much to move her the best best for my baby ! Management communication is great with me & whoever picks up they follow all rules and I adore how strict they are for the safety of everyone in the building and kids.

We gave this daycare a try but not even a month in and they were already calling us on a daily to pick up our duaghter becuase according to them she was hysterical and they could not calm her down. They ended up telling us that she was not a good fit for them and that she would have to find another daycare. Child Crisis Az was recommended to us by my sister in law we have not had any issues with her from that day care she will last all day and they even told us she is advanced for her age makes me wonder what they were doing wrong at her previous day care Kreative Campus.
