Busy Bees has been the best experience for our family! As a first-time mom, it is nerve-wracking to send your child to daycare but Busy Bees has settled any worrying thoughts I might have. The staff truly cares for the kids as if they were your own.

Not only are they providing love and care, but Busy Bees also help accomplish the big learning milestones your little one has. The curriculum they build out for the kids is very thoughtful and purposeful.

They nourish their bodies with healthy meals and snacks and accommodate any needs your child may have. On top of that, the facility has always been extremely clean.

Busy Bees also has an app which makes communication to the staff and teachers so easy! They have always responded so quickly, no matter the issues. The teachers also provide updates on what your kid is doing throughout the day as well as upload pictures of fun activities.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees to all!

We were referred to what is now "busy bees" from a friend. As a new mom I was extremely hesitant to leave my infant in day care, but we thought we would give it a try. Our daughter is now 3, and I will say that these last few years she has been in this day care have made a tremendous impact on who she is today. A few months ago we enrolled our youngest daughter and our minds are at ease knowing they are both in a safe environment. We are pleased with the daily reports and love the pictures and videos we are sent weekly. I know sometimes the classes can be chaotic, loud, and crazy, but overall we have had a pleasant experience with busy bees.

Been going here since they were owned by Valley childcare when my son was 1 years old and he is now 4.5 years old. They are close to home, lots of friendly staff, love the online app to see photos and have daily update. I also like the new renovation, it looks clean and modern.

We had our son enrolled here for 6 weeks. We never received daily pictures or updates regarding our child’s daily activities (outside of diaper changes and what he ate) despite the website advocating for early childhood development, education and daily updates with pictures. We asked for daily updates regarding the planned activities and how our son was responding on at least two separate occasions during our time there. There was no information posted anywhere and we were told when he gets older that’s when they start providing more activity updates… our son was 12 months old at the time of enrollment which is a great age to start early childhood development. We were sure to ask about this at orientation and were told that daily updates and activities would be relayed. This was not the case whatsoever.

Additionally, on numerous occasions we picked our son up and he was filthy. There would be food on his face, in his hair and stuck to his shirt. On several occasions his shirts were stained and ruined. It felt like a lot of barn yard animals in a pen attitude when it came to cleanliness.

Furthermore, we were only able to go for 3 out of the 6 weeks that we were enrolled due to illnesses. Not surprising that illnesses were spreading rapidly given the state of disarray we picked our son up in every day. It’s hard to imagine a cleanly environment when their faces are covered in food still at pickup.

Lastly, there was a HFMD outbreak which is understandable as these things can happen. However, we had to ask daily for an outbreak update as no daily updates were being relayed, despite daily new cases... We did however, receive a message reminding us of how many days off a year we were allowed during this time which only rubbed salt in the wound since we were unable to send him to daycare for two whole weeks due to a highly infectious disease spreading daily. And we were already questioning the cleanliness of the environment which didn’t help when this message was sent.

We also got a message letting us know kids would be “visiting” other rooms during this time which seemed counterintuitive given the daily spread of HFMD during that time.

All together, these were our red flags that led us to inevitably pulling our son for good. I wish I could relay a better experience as we had high hopes. The staff were very nice and pleasant. However, the promised early childhood development, cleanliness and overall communication were severely lacking. We pulled our son 3 weeks ago.

I wanted to take a moment to update this review because I now have had both of my daughters attend here since they were little babies beginning with my oldest back in 2018. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience here! My oldest is now in grade school, but my younger one is absolutely thriving here. She is always happy to go and always happy when I come to get her at the end of the day. She always has a lot to tell me about her day and all the activities she did which I also get to see in the app in real time. It is so nice to know that your little ones are being loved on, learning so much, and so well taken care of while you have to work. I am still so grateful we found this place and so grateful for all the wonderful ladies who care for my children!

Old Review:
We love Valley! I cannot say enough how wonderful this daycare is! My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 6 months old and is now almost 2. She’s always so happy to go and reaches out for her teachers with a big smile! Her day is filled with learning and activities and I couldn’t be more pleased with that. I’m so grateful for all the wonderful ladies watching over her and loving on her while I’m at work. It truly is a comfort. We have nothing but an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone!

I was always a little uncertain about sending my child to daycare. We toured multiple facilities until we reached this one and from the very first moment I knew this was the daycare for my child! The ladies at the desk are always so warm and sweet and are always sure to greet you upon arrival! They go above and beyond to ensure your child’s safety is their number one priority. My toddler is learning new words and sign language motions every week and his vocabulary has grown so much since he started attending Valley Childcare! I love being able to drive away after dropping off my kiddo, knowing he’s being left in very safe and capable hands!

By far, the best decision I’ve made for my kids. My 3 year old and 2 year old have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I was worried about the speech development of my 3 year old. But the teachers and directors here have made it an amazing experience! He is talking full sentences and so smart and I’m so happy Valley child care was a part of his leaning! Every teacher and director treats my babies like their own. They genuinely love and care for my kids. I’m so thankful for a pleasant group of providers that put my mind ease knowing my babies are being taken care of and are loved while I’m at work. Thank you thank you thank you! I recommend this childcare to everyone!!!
