Building Blocks is a good daycare. Some of the teachers are awesome but others need work! I haven't seen the owner in a while tho. I personally LOVE the front desk receptionist. She's helpful (especially with my paperwork) & always a pleasant pretty smiling face in the morning. The school have a prom & stuff for the kids & the kids learn. Better than most!

Building Blocks Learning Academy is an excellent place to enroll your child! My daughter attended Building Blocks from 6 weeks of age until graduation from Kindergarten. All of the staff treated us like family, as did the owner Michelle Redd. By age 4 my daughter was reading on a third grade level, spoke Spanish fluently for her age, and so much more. I owe Building Blocks owner and staff a great deal of gratitude for all they did to educate my child, and all of the children that walk through their doors.

This place is absolutely horrible with communication and also violated my rights as a father. The mother of my two children had them enrolled in this academy. We are going through a custody battle and when I attempted to call the school to get copies of there in school records I was placed on extremely long holds, told that they couldn't provide the information to me, and even mislead by the academy's owner. She promised me that I would at least receive all the information that they could provide in that same day. Instead they never sent anything. I am horrified that these actions where taken in a attempt to block me from what is my legal right as a father. I will be including there behavior in a letter to the courts.

Guess I'll start from the beginning, in 2007 My oldest attended for 6yrs from 7 mo of age to 6 yrs old graduating from Kindergarten. I was a teen mom and Mrs. Redd and staff was more than helpful. They're more like my family. And I love each of them. I'm pleased to say my youngest son love going to his teachers, each of my children learned so much during their time here. I wish the original staff was still here yet, the new staff is just as wonderful . Thank you Mrs. Redd keep up the wonderful work and hope to see you this fall. 😘😘😘.....

Very nice school and learning environment. although, I personally feel like they should get another receptionist because the lady comes off rude and inpatient. The teachers are amazing and very professional so the receptionist should be the face of the school and show Great things. Overall Good !

The is one good teacher ms. Sabrina she works hard and teaches her class. The owner/Director is rude to employees. This is Not a good place to work. The teacher is left alone with a class of 16 three year olds. The other teachers use bad language around the children while they gossip. Not a good place

Building Blocks learn academy is an excellent school for young people the only Michelle Redd is really dedicated to improving the lives of these young children she without any employees who is not positive on the same page of the vision to improving the lives of these young people excellent school

Use to be a great place. However, the leadership disappeared and the place started to crumble. Some of the staff is exceptional but others are whack as hell and could use additonal training.
