Have been on my new path for several years now. Born and raised Catholic. Left the church at 18 years old, and recently returned back to the church in the last couple years. Have tried a couple churches, and City Church Has given me an experience with the Holy Spirit that I have never felt before. Everybody is friendly greeted at the doors, and Pastor Shane gives awesome sermons. The music is great and I love what the church does for the community. As a friend of mine told me, try it once, you won’t regret it!

Had a good service experience. However is seems they don't care about their new parishioners. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone via email. All I wanted is some compassion and fellowship. I guess that's not a part of their core values.

Sunday night's from 6 to 8pm they have youth gatherings. They play games hear about the bible. It's a safe place. The people there are caring helpful and very inviting. My girls love this place. Plus they have a food pantry and clothing closet.

They made it evident that teaching children about Christ is extremely important to them. As a father of 3 that drew me in. City Church is now our family as well as our home church.

This is such and amazing church that has a mission to minister to a city this is the church that if it was gone Pekin IL would miss them greatly. also best childrens ministry in the city and probably the best pastor your going to ever meet # Shane Hawkins
They are constantly doing everything they can to bless the comunity and one another, Jesus is doing awesome things with the people in this church if you have a chance check it out. and the church building is just awesome.
