My son has autism and transferred here from district because of his behavioral issues that were affecting him academically. Since he started he LOVES it which is a huge difference! The staff is AMAZING and they are all so patient! The principal Emily is awesome, helpful, understanding and always cheerful. I am very happy to have my son attending a place where it feels like a second home to him. (:

Don’t bother working here absolutely no staff or proper pay
Super toxic work environment
Not worth the low pay for the amount of work you do
They don’t even pay you been waiting almost a month for my last check
Update nine months later I finally received my check but not from Mark. I’m from the post office with a lovely phone call saying that my loss mail had been found. Great job Marklind You lucky I didn’t take legal action after the over 40 phone calls and 52 emails I have sent to you. I have so much proof you can’t even pay your former employees. You can’t keep a safe environment. Resident are barely cared for they are neglected and barely given proper treatment, especially at Bloomingdale occasion I’m not surprised it’s gonna be closing soon.

We are so lucky to have found Marklund for our son. The amazing staff goes above and beyond to make sure his and his friends needs are meet and that he is enjoying life. There are so many different activities they do with them. Check out their Facebook page for pictures. It takes a special person to do the work they do and they all love their residents. Every time we go we can see how well he is doing and how much he enjoys being there.

It is so sad to hear what this woman went through. How wonderful it is that there is a center like yours that cares for them. Unfortunately there are criminals in this world - they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of others, and that person should rot in prison!
