Tracey Fair should be charged with aiding child neglect and abuse, as well as abuse of power. People in line with her actions and thinking (including the police officers that show up to arrest special needs students) should be re-educated at the very least and charged with crimes against children at the most. Every student deserves an education, no matter their disabilities and/or disorders.
