I find that safety is high upon their priority list not just for the children but for everyone present. Very organized, clean and careful about attending to details.
I've not met another higher than the principal, Mrs Allen, but she seems to know everyone's name and that they're taken care of.

I love love this school.. He’s in theatre and we love it this school is the best decision we made thus far. My son has been at Pullen for 2 years, and I’m so sad this is his last year. I wish they taught high schoolers lol…. Thank you Office Staff & Teachers for helping our students, and keeping them safe.

This school suck 5 star?!?! There were someone trying to shoot in the place and sprayed pepper spray down the hallway where 5 year old daughter walks. She could had ended up in the hospital! I hate hate hate this school never sending any of my kids here! There are also roaches crawling in my child’s learning space and the bathrooms are filled with giant number 2 with pads toliet paper on the walls and it stink. The school food there taste expired and they serve expired milk!

terrible! staff were terrible and the food tasted like wet cardboard, school was dirty and smelled like mold.
Send your kids here if you want them to be scarred for life.
Pathetic!

My Child a Six grader now is attending this school. My son loves it there. He is motivated and always maintains a positive outlook on his days at school. He is currently in the Piano program and the encouragement that his teachers pour into him has helped his self esteem a lot. Even in the mist of him falling off track a little, I was notified immediately and the teacher started the meeting off with everything positive and actually had a real caring heart on how we could help him out. I love that! I am grateful for the type of attention to detail that the teachers provide as it does take a village to raise one child.

I am hoping the entire staff at Thomas G. Pullen are not all like the front desk personnel I just spoke to inquiring about timeframes for an open house. She was vague in her response and not helpful. Another employee in the back also chose to chime in with a rude response. I guess assuming I couldn’t hear her or even worse hoping that I could.

I then called and asked another school we are considering (CMIT North) the exact same question and received a more pleasant interaction and response. Even if unable to provide an exact answer there are ways to respond that do not make you sound like you don’t know what you are doing or why you are even there. You are here to provide assistance. People need to remember 1st impressions matter.

I will never forget the wonderful four years I spent at this school. At this school I was able to meet so many teachers who cared about their students and supported them to try their best. The Performing Arts program also helped me express my love for art and singing. Even though I am not in an Arts program anymore, Pullen inspired me to keep doing what I love even if there isn't a teacher to guide me through it.
