Normally I don’t write reviews but when it has to do with my autistic son I find a purpose to. There is so much turn around at this location. So many different therapists in and out. We were here for a year and it started out so great. Everyone answered emails and texts right away, they sent me pictures and videos of my son and kept steady with 2 therapists. Well things changed quickly and they want my son that’s not even 3 to see new therapists that are very young with no experience. My son has had one consistent therapists for a year and just because we changed his schedule a little bit they couldn’t work with us and took her away from us and wanted to stick my little guy with new hires that had 0 experience. I never get pictures or videos anymore. Therapists that I had never even met before had my son without them even telling me. It was so unorganized. it’s sad. When you finally find comfort in consistency they change everything up. What they don’t know is when you have a little guy like mine you don’t need or want to see five different therapists. When you have a son that’s this young they need consistency meaning 1 or 2 therapists that they see and are comfortable with. They don’t seem to understand that. I do not recommend this place for ABA therapy. This place doesn’t seem to understand the parent side of things and how consistency is key and being able to work with one another and figure out a schedule that works for everybody.

My son loves going here and I feel good bringing him. He is 3 and since going here he is more calm and is learning so much! Elgin is a bit of a drive but it’s worth it. I love the huge rooms they have and all the fun activities!
