Opus Montessori has been by far one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our son and daughter! Our son is 2, and our daughter is 4 years old, and since going to Opus, they have learned so much and are thriving. From the moment we stepped through the doors at Opus, it was evident that this was more than just a preschool; it was a nurturing haven where children are not only cared for but encouraged to thrive. What sets Opus apart is their genuine dedication to each child's well-being and development, with teachers going above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming environment. I am so glad we chose Opus, it's been the perfect spot for our daughter to thrive.

My son has been going to Opus for past 3 years. He has learned so much, thrived, and matured these past years because of the wonderful and caring teachers. His teacher says he loves cleaning and helping in the classroom, which translates into home. He has made good friends at school, and even says he misses them on the weekends. He never complains about going to school. They also serve good healthy lunches and my son will actually eat his vegetables at school, which he doesn't at home. Opus provides a lot of outdoor time and my son enjoys the garden, playground, and chickens. The director is also very flexible and was willing to work with me and still take my son on as a student, even though he also needs to go to The Early Learning Center in the mornings for speech services, and then take a bus to Opus. The director is so understanding of working parents and is flexible with schedules. We will miss Opus next year when he transitions to public school.

Our kids have had a great experience at Opus. Our oldest just started kindergarten this year and our youngest is in school one more year. What makes Opus unique is the genuine care we see from the teachers, their dedication to empowering the children, outdoor activities (most I have ever seen - gardening, chicken coop, bike days, splash days, field trips, the list goes on). Opus positions the kids well for starting in the public school system and based on the other Pre-K schools Opus is the best in the area. Thank you for taking care of our kids and providing a wonderful experience that equips them to start the next chapter when they are ready.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Opus Montessori! As a parent, finding the right learning environment for my children was a top priority when moving here 3 years ago, and Opus Montessori exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I stepped foot into the school, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The principal's genuine passion for education and her dedication to fostering a nurturing environment is truly commendable. The teachers send me regular updates and I can see how much they care!

The Montessori approach at Opus and the classrooms are beautifully executed and designed to encourage exploration and independent thinking, allowing children to learn at their own pace. It's incredible to witness the way the teachers guide each child's individual journey, balancing guidance and freedom.

The school's commitment to holistic education is evident in the variety of activities offered – from foreign languages, creative arts and outdoor exploration each week. My son particularly likes the chickens! It's evident that Opus Montessori goes above and beyond to provide a well-rounded education that not only focuses on academics but also nurtures social skills, emotional intelligence, and a love for learning. Each child's birthday is also celebrated with a big sign and the traditional birthday walk around the sun.

I'm grateful for the positive impact Opus Montessori has had on my children's growth and development. My daughter first attended when there was only one class. Now the school has grown and so have kids. Currently, my youngest two boys attend and I couldn't be happier with a school. The school's dedication to cultivating curious, confident, and compassionate individuals is truly remarkable. If you're looking for a Montessori experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Opus Montessori.

After having our son at Opus for almost one year, I cannot find enough words to describe how amazing this school is!! Mrs Garner, the owner, is so experienced with early childhood education! I feel she’s truly running the school with her heart and genuine love for children! She cares about each child’s growth deeply and she’s so wonderful at bringing different programs in for students! Besides learning English reading/writing and Math, there are Spanish class, Chinese class, Soccer, Piano class, Music class and Art class throughout the week. I just love that my son gets to be exposed to different subjects during his normal school days. Besides, ALL the teachers are so friendly, patient, calm, kind and good with little children! My son has grown so much social-emotionally and intellectually this year! I couldn’t be happier with what he has accomplished at this school! Highly recommend!!

We are so excited to have found this wonderful place for our child to attend. From our first contact with them we were put at ease by their genuine care. The staff was welcoming and the setting so child-centered that she was immediately comfortable. The facilities are clean and well thought out. The classrooms are kept simple and well-organized with many different stations and areas for the children to learn/play. The hallways are set up like a mini town with something new and interactive on each wall. There is a large carpeted gym area for movement time when going outdoors isn't an option.
I can't claim to know much about the Montessori schooling method, but it is clear that this school stays true to the focus of building independent children and practicing practical life skills.
We look forward to seeing our child grow and learn here!
