Great organization! NAMI CCNS provides free (!) mental health resources -- support groups, peer-led education and support services, advocacy, education -- in the north suburbs of Cook County. Anyone can participate, there's never a charge, and programs are led by empathetic, trained people who understand what others are going through. You can even participate in equine-assisted therapy.
