I recently completed the CNA course offered by ICI. The instructors, both lab and clinicals, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The program setup was hybrid, which made it easier to manage since apart from the program I was also going to school /and working full time . I would recommend this school for anyone who is interested in completing a courses at ICI . The Director Sheila was also helpful making our Process and answering any questions you have easy.

They would go outside the curriculum as well to help prepare us for the real thing. Clinical instructors were very down to earth and made the nerves of putting our learning into action at ease. I had an outstanding experience completing my CNA course here at ICI.. From start to finish, the program exceeded my expectations. My instructors Mr. Daniel -RN- was knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about teaching. He’s also hilarious!! He created a supportive learning environment where I felt confident to ask questions and grow.

The hands-on training was exceptional, with real-world scenarios that prepared me for success in my clinicals. My Clinical instructor Ms. Lakeila is is also a RN , she builds students’ confidence, celebrate progress, and provide constructive feedback to help us improve. The facility was well-equipped, Sheila who is the office administrator was just sweet and amazing. They also give snacks and coffee. 🙂 You won’t be hungry there but still bring your lunch! Also the curriculum was comprehensive, covering everything I needed to know to excel as a CNA.

What stood out most was the dedication of the staff—they genuinely cared about each student’s success and went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared for our exams and the workforce. Thanks to their guidance, I felt confident and ready to pursue my career in healthcare.

I highly recommend ICI to anyone looking for a top-notch CNA program! THIS IS IT!

I took the CNA program offered here, and I did weekends. I really like that they have a flexible schedule, willing to accommodate everyone. My instructor's for both lab and clinical were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my time here. ICI really prepares you well for what to except once you become a CNA, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their CNA certificate.
