Had an appointment today at the want moline public library (I live in Davenport) it was suppose to be a 45 minute appointment to get taxes done. It took an hour and a half and I was late getting back to pick my son up from school which made us late to a dr appointment we had at 4:15. Then as I was looking over paper work from them after they had filed them they spelled my sons last name wrong after I corrected them 3 times and they had social security card with his name on it that they looked at several times during the ordeal. So of course no way to get ahold of them there and can't get ahold of anyone at united way when you call. It directs you right to a voicemail. The numbers on the amount I'm to get back doesn't seem to be accurate either. So now my taxes are going to be screwed up and have to go through while mess and probably a lot of time waiting to get it corrected before I get my taxes! Never again will I be using this service again!!
